His amazing reviews led me to contact him and I do notttt regret it AT ALL. Anthony took very good care of us and left my wedding gown exactly how I wanted it. I even recommended him to one of my wedding guests and she also loved her results... My fiancé was supposed to have his pants hemmed and tapered by the tux place that he bought them from but I instead told him to go to Anthony’s and he was very satisfied as well. I highly recommend Mr Turner’s shop for all your alteration needs. At the risk of setting myself up I think that his prices in no way reflect the quality of his work. I would’ve happily paid him much more. His work area is in a loft that has been so wonderfully and creatively decorated that I truly felt inspired to pay an admission fee. Mr Turner values an informed consumer in that I was fully aware of exactly what was being offered and when where and how my expectations would be met. I look forward to my wife coming here with me to explore fully his creative expression in design. It is a three story walk up that is well worth the walk. Check it out, you will be glad you did

After finding him on Google, I made an appointment with Anthony to see if he could repair some old clothes that had become hole-y plus a new jacket I accidently cut two holes in (let's just say be very careful when opening certain packages with scissors). Anthony was so sweet and affable, saying I looked like a model (truly made me feel like one!); he was professional and you can really tell how passionate he is about his job. It was fascinating hearing about his work in the fashion world in NYC and knowing he is the one-stop shop for so many tight-window wedding dress requests. And his workspace! It was like walking into a movie, I've only ever seen set-ups like his on the screen. Upon laying everything out for him, Anthony made quick assessments, quoted me a fair price, and gave me a pick-up window. The clothes look as good as new. Anthony's not only good at his job, he is a beacon of good service and dedication to his craft. I truly hope to go back to him someday with more clothes, if that makes any sense haha! Anthony was excellent he took my dress in, suggested and successfully added bra cups for support, and shortened the boning in the back of my dress as well.
