In the past few months, I have contacted this company for vehicle insurance four times. While once out of the three calls they put me in contact with a blunt insurance agent who was unresponsive after the initial email. I have previously been insured by them years ago with no issues, but in recent times service has gone down.

Not sure how I feel about the changeover from JDR yet. Is never good when a customer does not get called back and has to visit the business in order to get an answer on something. I miss Jennifer who at Drayden.

I have been with them for almost 9 years and have had regrets with almost every interaction. I have been constantly lied to, ignored, spoken over and now I've had enough. This broker doesn't care about their customers and even stated that all they are is a middle man who can only check rates and nothing more. My last interaction with them was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company. Think twice before calling them, it was a very costly mistake I made.
