If I could give zero stars on this place, I would do so in a heartbeat. My mother was quoted a great deal to get my jacket cleaned, but ended paying way more than she was quoted for. When the owner was confronted, my mother was told that "You got a good deal" (and used this line to defend himself throughout the whole confrontation), apology was never given and was offered NO refund. Terrible method of business, will never go here again.

I called before bringing my wedding dress in to get a quote and they told me if there is no beading it would be $100. They were able to get the majority of the stain out of my wedding dress. But when I called to ask if it was done they rudely told me they had already called me to pick it up when I had never recieved a call. When I went to pick it up I had $100 cash in hand to pay for my dress and she rung it in at $245. I called them out about quoting me $100 and she told me I'm already getting a great deal (which was told to someone else who wrote a review.) I was so upset they lied to me, I didnt have the money so I left. Another gentleman came in and talked to who I assume is the own, I am not sure what was said but he told me all was good and to go get my dress. I dont know who this man was but thank you for your kindness and generosity of whatever you said or did! I ended up only paying $100 thanks to him. He seemed to be a regular and his kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you to whomever this kind man was! Giving 1 stars for removal of stain, but do not feel they handled themselves kindly or professionally.

I have taken clothes here on two separate locations for tailoring services, and after both experiences I have left very disappointed. The first time we went in my husband dropped a suit off, and the alterations on it were very sub par and we had to have them fix it, and even after that he was unhappy with how it was done. I decided to give them a second chance as it is the closest location to my home, and I like supporting local business, but the second time was even worse. The service was horrific and completely unprofessional, they did not call me as they said they would, and when I went to pick up the jacket they were altering, they could not find it anywhere. I ended up getting my jacket a few days later, and ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it re altered as they did not do what I had asked. It was such a frustrating experience and considering how unhappy I was with the work, it was very costly. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you are considering taking your precious articles of clothing here, please think twice as I would hate to have them be ruined or have you deal with unprofessional staff.

If I could give this business a zero rating i absolutely would. After many years of happily bringing my dry cleaning to Sturgeon “Professional” dry cleaning, they have lost my business. They shrunk a dress I wore once. The owner told me sometimes they follow the washing directions instead of actually dry cleaning them.... to which I responded that I pay for dry cleaning, not machine washing. I allowed them to try and stretch the dress out (twice), giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I had to bring a jacket in today, which they also shrunk... their attitudes changed. She told me that I must have taken these things elsewhere to get cleaned (because she can tell) and am now just trying to get money out of them. She told me she absolutely would NOT be covering the price or even a portion of the price of these items because she is not the one who shrunk them.. that I was lying. That they have never once had a complaint in 25 years. Bottom line... they have changed something in their cleaning process, I’ve never had a problem until recently, but I refuse to have good clothes ruined by unprofessional people trying to save a buck. If you like your clothes.... find a new dry cleaner fast!

Destroyed a wool winter jacket. It's like they mopped a floor without sweeping it first. Any lint or hair that was on the jacket was PRESSED into it. White pills all around the sleeves and collar. The jacket was 3 months old and worn maybe 10 times. Came back feeling like cardboard and looking like it was 10 years old. Spoke to the owner and she said that's just what happens when wool is cleaned and she could try again. No thanks. Told her we would not be back and I would be posting a review.

Always late with alterations! I tried to give them a few chances because maybe they're just really busy but my stuff is never done when they say it will be! Last straw was I took in my husband's shirts for dry cleaning and they felt awful afterwards, really stiff! There are better places in St Albert!
