If I could give zero stars I would. I took a dress into city dry cleaners for a wedding I was attending. The dress was brand new when I took it there and only required a press. I took he dress to the location on Hebert road Monday July 9th and was told it would be ready on Wednesday July 11th. I didn’t go to pick it up until this Monday the 16th ( I didn’t need the dress until tomorrow). When I got to the Hebert location she couldn’t find my dress and had to call the other location on St. Albert trail by sobeys. They had it at that location and forgot to take it back to the Hebert location a week later which was well after my pickup date. So I had to go to to the St. Albert trail location and pick it up. No big deal for me as I drive but I felt wow what if someone who didn’t drive had felt this inconvenience. So I took the dress home and put it in my closet totally safely closed in the plastic they gave it to me in. Fast forward to today and I tried the dress on and found 5 stains that’s hadn’t been there before. Like I said the dress was brand new! I went to the Hebert location and asked for a refund of my $20 as we are heading it of town for this weekend and would need to rush and buy a new dress. The lady then told me I needed to go to the St. Albert trail location to talk to the owner. When I got there they told me they would clean it but refused to give me my $20 back because the type of stains on it couldn’t of been from them since they only pressed it. Needless to say I walked out NO refund and was treated horribly by a very stubborn man. I will never return to City Dry cleaners!! — at City Dry Cleaners.

Terrible cleaning job but even worse than the poor cleaning was the HORRID customer service. The owner was rude and illogical. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Very dishonest. Said that they were taking off a coupon for $4:00 and then charged me for $4:00 more than price quoted. Will not be back.

Terrible Customer service and the owner was very rude. They shrunk my jacket and then said they would fix it. When they couldn't fix it, then they denied ruining it in the first place. Do not go there.

원문) I had multiple shirts and a custom suit tailored and cleaned and they all came out fantastic. I had some shirts that were quite large now since I've lost a considerable amount of weight since purchasing them, she advised me not to spend the money on them and just to buy new shirts if I was going to spend that kind of money. I appreciate that type of honesty.

I dropped a dress off for dry cleaning on a Wednesday and they told me my dress would be available for pick up Friday at 4 pm. I went Saturday morning at 9 am and my dress was not ready. They told me it would be ready for Monday at 4 pm instead. They offered me 10 percent off the regular price (4 dollars). My dress also has a new snag in the front it didn't have there before. Otherwise the dress is clean but slightly disappointed about the service and the lack of discount for it being 3 days late.
