Très bon accueil, déjeuner excellent, lit confortable. Seul inconvénient, besoin d’une voiture car loin du centre-ville. Les chambres ont besoin d’être rafraîchies mais sont très confortables.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.My clothes were stolen at the laundry room and the staff didn’t do anything to try and access the cameras to see who took them. So if you plan on washing clothes do not go to this hotel.

Je doit dire que c’est un de mes préférés de la région de l’Abitibi Témiscamingue. Le déjeuner est de bonne qualité (cuit au four plutôt qu’au micro onde), se tiens à jour point vue rénovation/look, très propre et confortable.

Mon séjour au Confort In de Rouyn-Noranda fut au delà de mes attentes. La chambre entièrement rénovée est superbe. Un déjeuner chaud est servi Tout cela à un très bon prix.

(Translated) Do not go there! I had been promised a baby bed; a real! It was a worn park and hard as rock! The room was so small that the park did not fit! Doubtful cleanliness. The room was not made the first day but the maid took the tip. When I complained the manager offered me a tiny discount on. The days staying at my stay. Ridiculous! And what about breakfast ?! The weekend they ran out of egg and meat (the only 2 item hot)! I'll never go there again !! (Original) N'allez pas là! On m'avais promis un lit de bébé; un vrai! C'était un parc usé et dur comme de la roche! La chambre était tellement petite que le parc n'y entrait pas! Propreté douteuse. La chambre n'a pas été fait le premier jour mais la femme de chambre a prit le pourboire. Lorsque je me suis plaint le gérant m'a proposé un minuscule rabais sur. Les jours retant a mon séjour. Ridicule! Et que dire du petit déjeuné?! La fin de semaine ils ont manqué d'oeuf et de viande (les 2 seuls item chaud)! Plus jamais j'irais là!!

Decent hotel, Internet is okay. TV channel selection was pretty weak (no HGTV, discovery, etc), only a handful of watchable channels for an anglophone like me. Room itself was nice, had a comfortable bed, fridge and microwave too. Staff at counter were helpful. Breakfast was included but I didn't partake of it, did notice a DIY waffle maker though,

On the internet booking, they don't indicate if it's ground floor or second floor. If you ask for a ground floor room they'll charge you extra. The other Comfort Inn in Val-d'Or will acquiesce this and give you a ground floor room without a surplus charge. There are inconsistencies between these 2 sites.
