Awful setup. Placed an order online, still had to wait 45 minutes to pick it up. Ridiculous. The guy said the order didn't go through. And then he said there must have been an error with the machine and it didn't print out. I had to stand in a mile long line with all the people waiting to get into the restaurant to place their order. Where I'm from, if you do an online order you bypass the line and pick it up since you've already paid. There should be a sign outside telling people to come in to pick up their order so you don't have to wait in line with all the people placing their order.

Subway is always good, usually have a steak and egg on flatbread. I have issues with not seeing my food prepared, so it's nice the way subway does it. Good quality, tasted great as always, it's the consistency of quality that I like, when I do want to get food out.

It's a subway. This place had different choices than what I'm used to, which was a nice surprise. It was very clean but there was a long line, and service wasn't too fast. They forgot to grill my grilled panini, but food was great otherwise. A great place to stop from a long trip due to its convenient location along the road.

I normally like subway but this time not so much. I went for lunch yesterday on my way through town. The location is difficult to access depending on which way you are coming into town. The restaurant is small so the lineup was out the door. The service was fairly quick considering the lineup which was great. However the server I got was either new or having a bad day. I got a chipotle steak wrap and he put so much sauce on it I had to stop him and have him remove over half along with some of the veggies as they were drowning in it. Then it took a very long time to grill it and it was still soggy. A disappointment to be sure.

Subway in Revelstoke. A very long line. We asked if it was busier than usual and they said that was normal. Staff didn't seem to be in much of a hurry and about half of the people just left without even ordering. The subs we purchased where comparable or the same as other subways.

Jeez the line was insane, backed up outside! That alone makes me want to give 2 stars, but the kids working the place making the sandwiches are really trained quite well. They handled the irritated customers very well, didn't show any signs of stress, did the jobs quickly and efficiently, and overall just did great.
