I took a group of 7 people (all tourists) to have lunch here and the food (mostly sandwiches and salads) took too long to come to the table.

For 60 bucks it was a good stay to break up the road trip. Small clean room, fridge , microwave, smaller bath. Bed was ok. Its a 60 dollar a night room.

Fast, fun, helpful service. Quick, cheap, easy. Being THAT close to Highway it was quiet. Fridge, microwave,TV, comfortable bed and clean. Not the Ritz but I don't want to pay the price of the Ritz just to snore and drool overnight

It smelt like a mouldly old camper we didn't stay it was really gross.

The Washrooms were clean and easy to get to. attendant working in Fast Gas was very nice.

Classic old-fashioned funky roadside motel. Had everything we needed for a night. Surprisingly quiet during the night, despite the fact that it's located right beside a gas station and a busy road. Pleasant manager.

I give it a zero. Very sketchy place. Small and dark. The ancient TV worked after I hit it a couple of times, no phone in room, make sure you bring shampoo if you make the mistake of staying there. Walls, baseboards dirty, cobwebs up above. The police drove slowly through during the night, which that in itself spoke volumes. In the morning I saw the male housekeeper, which to me looked like an "almost" homeless person. I'm pretty sure he "cleaned" the rooms for free board. Sheets were brown so you can't tell if they are clean or not, and very wrinkly. Don't stay there. Ever.

inexpensive options, close to town and highway. Really helped us out in a pinch of full camping spots and other expensive accommodations- saved us from a night of sleeping in our vehicle. To an open minded person, it was a quite comical stay for a night. This was prior to renovations. Cable access, shower, air conditioning and refrigeration. historic/classic feel .

Best price in town. Perfect place to stay as you drive across the country.

Three families booked this motel to find one reservation was cancelled without notification. Called Booking.com and spent two hours with their poor customer service to find a replacement at our cost which booking.com promissed to reimburse later upon submission of bank statements and documentation. Ok, here is the long story... We ended up making a reservation here due to cancellation of our 3 day camping stay due to wild fires. We were on a 6 day road trip across rockies. Despite the fact that we called and confirmed our reservation 2 days prior to arrival, we go to know that they have only 2 rooms out of 3 we have booked. All other rooms were sold. Excuse was that they don't have the spare key for the room since the guest has taken the only key with them, without returning to front desk(gas station, yes thats the hotel front desk. Don't be surprised). Owner has spare keys according to front desk staff. But, owner was said to be out of town on a camping trip(lie we found out later). Front desk man said there is one more room but it does not have electricity and was not cleaned. So, basically they did not have a room for one of the families. There was no responsible person to contact. It was two hours of cayos from 7.30pm in the night. What we really felt was that they have sold our room to another person. The front desk person was getting red with anger and pressure. He told us to sleep inside our car. He said he does not like his job at all since he has to face situations like these quite often(be aware). Even we sleep inside the car he doesnt even know when if we can get a room on next day or not. Simply this hotel seems to have very poor management, communication methods and coordination between employees shifts. Total cayos. Around 11pm the missing owner made an appearance. He suppose to be out of town camping. It was too late. By this time booking.com have called him and tried all possible ways to push us through this mess. May be the owner has realized that this bunch is not like his ordinary stop over truck drivers guests. The owner (an english speaking Indian person. As I remember the name is Raj or something), said now he has the key for the room that our friends suppose to have. By this time they have already found an alternative hotel, so I said never mind. I also told him about how unprofessional that they have handdled our reservation. He did not bother to appologize. Instead he started blaming booking.com ???? Owner blamed booking.com for not properly cordinating, giving discounts that he has not authorized (since his front desk man wanted to overcharge us saying the reservation price was for 2. Though our confirmed reservation says its for 4 on two queen beds). He admitted that there was a communication and cordinating problem on their side. However he did not offer a solution for that. We booked this place for 75 per night. Owner said he keep his price at 59 per night and never increased or decreased it like other places. Then that is booking.com who is taking an extra cut from this. They are partly responsible for this as well. Beds and room was dated. Shower was good. Beds were itchy, properly bed bugs. AC is very slow. Exhausting fan is not fast enough, so room fills with moist. Rooms are so dated. Owner should update his staff and increase price if he wants to cater other than truck drivers. Final verdict: If you can boo anything else less than 100$ a day, don't bother booking this. Avoid booking.com as their poor customer service.
