I had my favourite shredded hash browns with eggs, as I travel having these in other cities A&W. Unfortunately here in Revelstoke, the hash browns cubicles were fried very hard and on very stinky old bitter oil, it was hard to eat and digest, I could still feel it hours later heavy in my stomach.

The counter service was terrible. We asked to have the free frozen rootbeers (free with a teen burger order)after we ordered as we did not see the offer on the rotating sign until we sat down with our teen burger meal. The counter girl said we had to order it when we ordered our burgers, except we didn't notice it , couldn't we read the sign? We said we didn't see the sign until after. She made the drinks, but customer service stopped there. She did not look happy nor did she relay any pleasant attitude. Next time I'll go to Macdonald's. Ps the bathrooms are filthy.

The Beyond Meat Burger is delicious! If you're vegan just ask for no mayo and no uncle sauce. The bun is vegan. Go for it A&W!

Food was good but the manager was very rude when I went to get my missing hash brown even though she knew she gave me the wrong amount which was confirmed by the receipt. I expected more from this establishment in a well know tourist hub for the manager to be a full blown karen.

Restaurant looked a little run down, cleanliness was average at best. Had a Teen burger combo, part of my tomato was green in my burger and tasted bitter and my onion rings were overcooked and very crunchy and tasted burnt or like they had been cooked in dirty oil. A&W is my favorite fast food but I would not recommend this one to anybody.

As far as the world of fast food is concerned, A&W has the best dang burgers out there. I hear the beyond meat burger is no exception, though they keep selling out before I get to try one!! Little pricey for drive thru fare, but always delicious.

It's an A&W so it's pretty stances fare of food. There is no pattern of being super dead or busy but in between. Washrooms are clean and there is lots of parking in the weird loop thing outside and a park across the way with a little playground.

Worst dining experience ever here! Forgot to serve food that’s been paid for and blamed us for asking for free food. Bad attitude! Never coming here again! Extra mention to assisting manager Yehlen. Not admitting her mistakes and poor ability to solve problems!

Absolutely terrible yes holiday weekend but Mc Donalds next door served twice as many cars way faster. The cashier gave us our food and turned away but still standing rt there we kept saying excuse me, hello, ma'am etc to ask for ketchup she completely ignored us after about 3 minutes she throws ketchup at us like here!!!! She litterally held up the line for BS behavior like that and I can be honest in saying we were completley nice to her the entire time she was ignoring us. Super strange visit, I don't hold it against A&W but bad management at that beautiful new restaurant .

Delicious food as per usual from A&W. The hashbrown was very hot and tasted great and fresh, as did the chicken buddy burger. The sweet potato fries were expensive but very delicious. The staff at the front counter were friendly and efficient, and the bathrooms were large (but only had 1 sink).

Had a lovely experience at this A&W location! The place looks recently renovated with indoor dining and outdoor seating. Includes men and women washrooms along with a family bathroom. The coolest new feature was the sinks outside the bathroom for hand washing before meals - I love it! This location also has an extensive list of handcrafted drinks, including nitro cold brew! The staff were friendly and served our food quick and it was hot and fresh! Super impressed!!

Very large establishment near park in Revelstoke off the highway with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Quality of food as should be expected through the restaurant chain with a good group of staff members.

Not impressed. The food was as good as any A&W, but the staff were surly and seemed confused that two people would be ordering food for the whole family and kept trying to cut off our order. They were, on a Thursday dinnertime, out of two types of buns as well as sweet potato fries.

With the mask mandate back again for the first day. They did a good job on keeping things in order. With the long lines and following the mandate. For the couple people who were not wanting to wear a mask. They did a great job not letting the situation escalate.

Food was good although not "hot off the grill". Tables were in need of bring wiped down although I may have considered it on the edge of busy. I did think the tables should be cleaned and just then staff came to clean tables. The washrooms in this A&W were way to small. Use the urinal closest to the sink and you literally bumped into the person at the sink. Not my favorite A&W by a long shot.

The parking lot and drive through layout mean if it is remotely busy you can get trapped in by drive through traffic very easily. Don’t go on a long weekend if you can help it.

Barely “fast food”.. this is one of the slowest A&W in BC. You would think with a new facility and the dining area being closed most of the time, that the drive thru would be pretty efficient. Wrong. Long wait times even when its not that busy. Also no waiting area for bigger orders so the can keep the drive thru moving like Mcdonalds.

Passed by in the end of August on a road trip Ordered a Bourbon Steakhouse Uncle Burger. Best burger I've had at any A&W location. The bacon was crispy and burger juicy, flavorful.

It's right across from the park. Taking kids on a long haul you need to stretch your legs. This a&w is great to stop, eat fast, get kids moving and then back on the road.

More of a upscale A&W. Which is great. Very crowed since it's on Trans Canada highway. Good staff but the cleanness could be better. Also right beside a park with lots of spots to sit.

At 1:30 they locked the doors just as I am about to walk in. Had me and about 10 others waiting outside in the rain and had no explanation as to why. I saw they were a little busy so maybe a covid restriction issue with the number of people in the restaurant, so I decide to be patient. Then 5 people leave and nothing. After about 10 minutes one person in line walks through the exit door and opens it. And the employee does not say a thing. Does not explain what that was about. Honestly I can understand the rules for in door dining can be in constant flux but a normal conversation should be common courtesy.

No seating area or walk-in traffic accepted! In addition you have to line up with drive thru if your a walk in and they expect you to stand in the fumes. Finally when you get ready to order the speaker doesn’t work for you walk in. Very DISAPPOINTED!

Nice A and Dub! Super clean even the small awkward bathroom was super decent. The staff are on the ball they know throughput. Even asking for a Teen Burger at 8am, no problem. All the the food was out right away.

I am appalled at the state of the bathrooms. First off, there was no soap and hardly any toilet paper in any of the stalls. That itself should be fixed as soon as possible. But what really got me was the lady product disposal bin was over flowing with used pads and tampons. It was the most disgusting thing I've seen in a long time, and I have to clean public bathrooms. I would be a lot more understanding if they were busy, but they were empty except for me and another person. I will not be going back there ever. I'll drive a little bit further to get to another place to eat.

Really slow on Saturday afternoon and the staff appeared to be getting everyone's order wrong. Looks like they could use a few more people. Also the drive through design is horrible. Anyone parking adjacent to the drive through lane will be stuck there as there's no room to back out and leave if there are cars lined up in the drive thru.

Thank you for accepting my prepaid Visa. I was soooooo hungry coming home from foothills hospital, visiting an aquaintant that will be enduring brain surgery herself. I was exhausted and felt very ill, till this wonderful staff helped me out. I only ordered a double teen burger to see if my prepaid card would work, and it did. So, Thank you so much, because I made it home after a 30 min walk.

I have never waited over 30 minutes in a drive through anywhere before. A&W in Revelstoke was a first. And then there is nothing in the bag to.dip my fries. I was going to give a 1 star but I do realize that everyone is short staffed. Nobody wants to work anymore. Why would they if the government supports them. 3 star for A&W, 0 star for our useless liberal government

If you need to stretch your legs a bit and are in need for some food this is a great spot. The food offered is well prepared and what you may expect for an A&W. The location of this restaurant is just across the kids playground and therefore nice if you have kids with you. Staff is friendly and the washrooms are clean.

Driving back from a quick delivery to BC we decided to stop for lunch, but because of COVID we couldn't walk in, and with a truck and very large cargo trailer I was ready to just leave but noticed the giant drive through area and sure enough we were able to take the truck and trailer through no problem. We frequent A&W not just for the delicious food but because they are consistently able to accommodate my wife's food allergies without any problem!

Inside service was slow. Garbage bins inside and outside were over stuffed. For the parking I was stuck backing into the drive thru lane which was impossible. So I ended up driving ahead over 2 curbs to get out.

Absolutely ridiculous to allow people to walk thru the drive thru in between cars. While we all have to social distance with COVID, as a restaurant I am sure you can at least allow customers to come in, order and get their food to go 1 at a time and socially distance themself. Very unsafe practice as kids were running and not paying attention, just a matter of time before someone gets hurt in this busy area.

Thank goodness for coupons. The family deal was just over $40 full price and it came down to $23 after tax. The coke was watered down and the cup not even full. Not impressed with cost cutting measures like this.

A&W has hot food from a drive through. Their beyond meat burger is probably the best of all the fast food chains jumping on that bandwagon. It's great. It's a little more expensive than its competitors , but I personally like that. I question food that is too cheap.

Showed up 5 minutes to close which I know is annoying but they messed with my food. I ordered a poutine and the liquid in it leaked through my bag and made a mess in my car. I paid $30 for food and couldn’t eat any of it cuz they turned my poutine into soup

Forgot our second drink, only gave one dipping sauce for five strips and if you do Curbside pickup then you have to wait in the drive thru line up just to get out of the parking lot after you've received your food. When we asked the staff member who dropped our food how to get out of the parking lot as we were blocked in by the drive thru lineup, she just laughed and said "oh I don't know" Not super impressed, guys.

Ordered a meal 3 piece chicken strips fries and a medium coffee asked for another order of fries got home no second fries in bag. Phoned asked for manager went back to location... man at window was nice replaced meal.... got back home second time chicken soggy and not crisp very disappointed in meal threw all in the garbage. For a new location this should not be or maybe chicken shouldn't be made ahead and let to sit ☹.... food use to be great when it was old building

I would never thought I would make a 5 star review for a fast food restaurant, but here I am. Used the drive thru and ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, onion rings, mama burger, fries and fruit smoothie. First, the kind lady said she couldn't find a small cup for my smoothie so she upgraded it to a medium. Then pulled right over to the park beside to eat and everything was all fresh! The chicken, onion rings, and fries just came straight out from the fryer! Maybe I got lucky and all the stars aligned. But damn.. My best experience at a fast food joint!

The wood fireplace makes for a great atmosphere. A nice hot cocoa and a cold filet of carp go great on a hot winters day. Very impressive possum meat.

Just went through the drive through. Ordered 1 meal and was given incorrect change by over 5 dollars. Mentioned this to the girl who returned my change and she took the change back and did the exact thing again. I then has explain to her how much the meal is and how to deduct that amount from the cash I provided. Wound up leaving with no food.

A&W's ignorance to customers not letting them use washroom facilities!! So we have to find something else. We're encouraged to wash our hands, but here you have to eat with dirty hands and just use your hand sanitizer. Right beside it is McDonald's there open and so is there washroom! So is Tim Hortons! But A&W continue there slap in the face ignorance because they want to save money cleaning washrooms which they should be doing alot anyways!

As an essential service personnel, A&W IS THE ONLY, franchise that has accommodated truckers since day 1. And they do it without question. So many new companies are jumping on the Band Wagon and starting to do what A&W has done all along. It's important to note that before the virus, I might have been to an A&W 4x in the ten years before. I will now support them, as they have me, every opportunity I get.

The manager was rude to my husband. The food was disgusting. My onion rings were falling apart and barely coated. My chicken fingers were floppy and cold. My husband's burger was disgusting. I had to turn around because they forgot the second order of onion rings. I strongly suggest you never go here. It is the worst A&W we have ever been to.

Breakfast at this location and I’m sure impressed. The Reno’s are awesome, the staff is super friendly. The restaurant is clean and organized. Only four stars cause the smoothie machine was out of order….but they were working on it. My food was tasty and hot.

Beautiful new restaurant, however I was very disappointed with my overall experience in this A&W. The restaurant was busy so I expected to wait a reasonable amount of time. We ended up waiting 30+ minutes in line to order, as there was only one person periodically working the till for a packed restaurant. The food was good but the restaurant is poorly managed in my opinion. The bathrooms were also filthy.

DISAPPOINTED! We have had A&W breakfast a few times and they have been great! Unfortunately this morning was a big let down! The eggs were over cooked (don't ask me how I want my eggs cooked if you're just going to cook them however), the toast was black, one order was missing tomatoes and another order was missing a hash brown! I get that its great value, but our order was not correct and it wasnt cooked how it should be. We had to park up and wait which was fine but to wait and get the breakfast over cooked and missing items was very disappointing! I will not be coming back to A&W Revelstoke anytime soon! You are tarnishing the great brand name A&W!
