Nearly ruined my wedding dress. She didn't do things that she said she would. Too small, zipper split (she said It's fine), uneven straps, uneven neckline, waay too tight, would constantly say things were too hard to do and angle her measuring tape to say it's even just to get out of doing it. She gave a flat price as an estimate so it reaaally seemed like she didn't want to do more work than she had to, even though she didn't do that. Zipper wasn't put in straight either... There's nearly $200 down the drain.

If I could rate this a lower score, I would. Dealing with Rosa was one of the worse experiences I've ever had with a business. She completely ruined my $550 grad dress. It was way to short, the hem was extremely uneven and the clip at the back was made too tight. We had to make another unnecessary altercation so I could fit into my dress. By the end of the night, the clip that was to tight busted open!! When we confronted her all she did was shrug her shoulders. I will never recommend Rosas Tailor to anyone, infact I HIGHLY suggest you STAY AWAY from this Tailor!!!!
