Rip off!!! they will tell you a price than when you pick up your stuff you will find something else!! they won't tell you or confirm that with you they just do it and you can't have your stuff back until you pay them! short story took a pants to be fixed lady said it will cost me 10+tax, they day I went back to pick up my pants i find out it's 35+tax!!! plus they don't do a good job! I won't recommend this place to anyone........

RIP OFF! I went in to Regina dry cleaners and they doubled the original quote from 20 to 40, saying that it was 20 each and I misunderstood, but not once did he say “20 each” or “40”. I wanted my stuff back so I had to pay them. I trusted Regina Dry Cleaners at their word but I should of got something in writing. They didn’t do a good job either- not because they didn’t get the stain out- because my items were wrinkled. This was only 2 out of the 6 pieces of the set of car seat covers, I was originally quoted 120 for, glad I didn’t bring the whole set. If the owner wants to make this right he has my phone number, I doubt he will because the man I dealt with was indignant, cursing me in Chinese, and walking away. Shame on you!

Above and beyond service!! After the place I purchased my son's Graduation suit lost the order the day before Grad, and could only offer me a rental that was too large, I was able to scramble and borrow a suit elsewhere. It needed dry cleaning that day so my son could wear it the next morning at 9:00 am. The wonderful staff at Regina Dry Cleaners were able to come to the rescue and help me out late in the day! A big thank you to you all for your efforts! I just wish there were more stars to give you!
