BRIDES BEWARE!! Belgian Cleaners in Regina ruined my wedding dress. I told the employee I didn't think I should have to pay full price for the cleaning as the dress was still just as dirty as when I brought it. To add to upset, the dress now had a hole in the back, the one breast was snagged with dirt on it and a lot of the beading was coming out! The employee called the boss to discuss - she asked to speak with me and was horribly rude and disrespectful. She did not apologize or admit to me that they could not properly clean it and automatically give a discount. Instead this woman question me about the fact that I was leaving for Italy right away by repeating "Italy" three times with lots of attitude. How judgemental and awful can a person be? I let in tear and still was made to pay 85% fees. They just lost a customer for life. Save yourself the heartache and walk a block south the Breggs. Zero stars for me.

Ruined a custom made silk jacket ($400) that had been worn three times. They agreed that the damage had come from their actions but refused to pay any compensation as it was four years old and did not have care tags (since it was custom made). Would strongly recommend using a different cleaner for items of value.
