So my story goes like this: My best friend was getting married on Vancouver Island in June and everyone was supposed to order the same color dress from the same online store. The dress came late, didn't fit me well at all, and generally was not all it promised it'd be. With the wedding only a few weeks away I ran to We Sew Right and modelled this dress for them. Not only was the lady very understanding and kind, but they managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule for multiple alterations. She fixed and altered the 'custom fit dress' so it was ACTUALLY custom fit to MY body shape, and it was beautiful. I can't thank you guys enough. ♡ You really were a ray of sunshine in an otherwise very stressful time in my life and I really appreciate it! 10/10 Would Definitely recommend to anyone!

If you need repairs? This is not the place to go. So, look somewhere else. Very sloppy work, expensive, and to sum it up, it will take them a week to get things done. Imagine waiting for a week only to find out that they haven’t done anything and just messed up your clothes. Save yourself time and clothes, go somewhere else.

They did an amazing job on the repair of a zipper. My only complaint is that they never called to say it was done. I had to go in there and ask to see if my jacket was done and it was. Asked why I wasn't called and they said they don't call customers and if no one comes to pick it up it gets donated . I'm sorry that isn't very good customer service especially at this time of year where everyone isn't thinking straight to remember to pick up their product. That's why only 3 stars.

Totally trashed my wedding skirt by cutting the bottom completely uneven. One side is visably 2 inches higher than the other.

Not a good place to go! The person is very grumpy, not friendly, charged me for work that was not done (and she knew it). When I went back to confront her about it she claimed it was "an honest mistake"--finally got my money back and then she told me to never come back--as if I ever would!! Very unethical and hard to understand--terrible place!

Good price and quality work done. They lost one star because the work was not completed on the timeline agreed to, and when I stopped by during mall hours to check in - the store was closed with no indication of new hours or when they would be back. To their credit this was at the beginning of all the COVID 19 restrictions, however a sign would have been helpful.
