Despite a short timeline, he managed to complete the alterations days earlier than expected and he even called personally to let me know. The work was not done for the specified date. We only found out once we arrived despite the company having our phone number on file. Additionally, the item altered is now too small and is ill fitting. I think that this is due to the fact that not enough attention was paid when trying on the item originally and no thought was given to how the alteration would affect how other parts would fit.
