Terrible. She told she'd have my pants hemmed in one week (it was my graduation outfit I needed for a specific time). I got there for pick up, and she forgot completely. When I came back to get them, she was also very rude and inappropriate, yelling at me and interrupting me. I didn't even receive an apology for her forgetting. As I was leaving, I could hear her swearing. On a plus side, the hem job she did was excellent.

I had my wedding dress altered last year (lace up back put in), she shopped around endlessly until she found the perfect ribbon match to my dress color. Not only that but she also altered it for me with a weeks notice. She did amazing and she was fabulous to speak with as well.

I have taken several items her and had exceptional service every time! Recently, I took an already fitted dress from Aritzia to her to alter the chest, as there was too much extra material, and to put some lace across the front to make it slightly more conservative. To me, I was essentially asking for the entire top half of the dress to be re-created. She did a beautiful job! It looks incredible, quality work. I have taken other things in and always been satisfied. Even once she kindly let me know that what was I wanted would be difficult to do given the current fit of a garment, and I was happy that she offers realistic expectations. Very good at what she does, and she is one person with this incredible operation going up there, working so hard to make people feel good in their clothes. Also, very well priced :) Thank you!

Brought a black leather jacket in to get a small patch under a ripped button in late April/early May. I called in a month later, in June - "not ready" and heard nothing after that. Finally in August, after three months, I call again, and it's ready - but no call to let me know. Awful customer service, quality of tailoring TBC.

THE worst alteration. Rather than altering my jeans she transformed it. Also gave my suede dash cover to cut out speaker parts. Results were dumbfounding (made it into an elementary art piece). Honesty, please find somewhere else to alter your cloth or fabrics unless you want a surprise transformation. One star is generous.

I used this place several times to alter my son's pant length, she was very reasonable. Later I had to alter a bridesmaid dress in one day! She did an amazing job and the fit was perfect! I highly recommend her to anyone.

A very rude and intolerant lady. I asked her politely if there are any chances the alteration might not turn out as expected. She rudely replied Please don't come to me if you think that way. I was taken aback and left the place immediately. As a customer; I have the right to ask questions in a polite and respectful manner; if you can't answer my questions and display your arrogance and abruptness then I wouldn't consider you worthy of my time and business. She needs to take some Customer service lessons and learn the art of respecting people. I will definitely not walk into her store and upon that I will also spread the word amongst my friends to keep away from this place.

Horrible experience ! Took my daughter's prom dress to CA's for alterations. Asked her to hem the front and leave the train. Came back a month later and she had hemmed the train and hemmed the front to much ???? My daughter and I took the dress back and asked her to leave the front and take the train back out to the original length which she shouldn't have touched in the first place ! I went to pick up the dress today and she let out the front and didn't touch the train ! OMG ! Pretty disappointing when I paid her 100.00 for what ! Now my daughter is tripping on her dress and has no train ! Do not go there lady's ! I will be spreading the word that this place sucks !

Never take reviews to heart, come in and see for yourself. I am a long time customer and I was in the store when you called and asked about alterations on your pants. You asked a silly question ...asking if she would mess up your pants if you brought it to her and she felt offended by your question and responded "If you feel that I am going to mess up your pants then don't bring them to me" a very good answer to a stupid question. Before you ask a question think about it and see if it makes sense then ask it. You called the store, you did not come into the store as I am witness to this. When she hung up the phone she was very offended because this is her business and she does the best she can for each of her customers. I have been her customer for many years and she has only produced quality work. Before you read a review make sure it is correct and before you spread bad reviews make sure you are telling the truth....
