We came to Powel River for a visit and realized that we needed to do laundry. We were grateful to find this place through google and know that they provide drop-in, and you can pay for it without staying the whole time. When we came and got our laundry, everything was folded and clean. It was a five-star service. I feel bad that some people give bad reviews because they open only until 5 pm. We have been all over the sunshine coast, and all laundry that we could find will close at the same time as they do. And honestly, the lady who provided the service was super nice. So to all people out there, please just don't depend on people's reviews; you need to experience it yourself. We need to support this local business. That is how Powel River will grow better in business. So anyway, very well experience!

I'd have given 5 stars but this laundromat is closed on Sundays which is quite inconvenient for those who cannot make it during the short weekday hours. Besides that, clean, well laid out and has everything you need. Friendly staff.

I've lived all over B.C. and I've met a lot of amazing, kind and interesting Canadians, but I've so far never come across anyone as instantly, noticeably poisonous as the woman who works here. I am absolutely mortified by the way I saw her abuse every customer who came in, as I was going back in to switch my laundry over, she even made a girl cry because the girl asked for a loonies back that the machine had eaten. I've never seen anything like it, this weird "don't make me do stuff" lazy, entitled attitude and the absolute, over the top verbal abuse she spat on every person spending money there, it was embarrassing and disgusting. This woman owes the people in this wonderful town an apology. Also the washing machines somehow melted a few of my things, I'm just gonna take a loss on that though because I can't go back in there and watch more people be bullied, and I doubt they would compensate for my somehow melted clothes anyways.

I had went to drop off a Canada Goose Jacket of mine and stated I wished to have it drycleaned the woman right from the start gave me attitude and asked me if it was "Real fur" I replied "It is a Canada Goose Jacket" her overall mannerisms was rude and outright unprofessional she got rather snarky when I mentioned it was real fur, she proceeded to look at what it was made of and said "Oh its Coyote" I can't dryclean this, the hood doesn't come off. I mentioned I have owned several Canada Goose Jackets and have never had an issue bringing it to any other drycleaners. Needless to say, I will not be providing my business to a local business who is outright rude nor will I refer anyone to go here.

Their dryers work pretty well but they always close store as early as possible rather than staying open until 7 as advertised. Can't count on them, unfortunate they are only option in town.

If you work you can't use this service, closed at 5pm everyday...too bad it's the only one in town ..lots of people here on a new construction project would be using but after 6pm

Have been to this laundromat several times and have always had a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Best laundromat I have been to for service and cleanliness. Recommend this place highly, to anyone looking for a laundromat in the Powell River area. You can even drop your laundry off and they will do it for you.

Dropped off a coat here to be washed on a trip, when I picked it up she said she wasn’t sure if it could be put in the dryer so she hung it up to be safe. She had put it in a bag and I asked if it was dry and she said yes. I took her word and wish I didn’t. I forgot about my winter coat and last night unpacked my vehicle and opened the bag, my coat was still wet and now moody! Ruined a 300$ winter jacket!
