An ok mall. They have Walmart, a Liquor Store and a Save on Foods as the anchors. There is a number of small coin operated rides and a large sized chess/checkers board. There are coffee shops and small cafes. Hours end at 6:00. They are on the Powell River Transit and have lots of parking for vehicles. They are part of a larger mall complex that has a variety of services available. It is wheelchair accessible and friendly, with ramps at all levels. There are some bike racks.

A very solid mall. The only things the mall needs are a proper chicken joint for dining. Overall very enjoyable though.

All store employees are friendly and helpful. Walmart could use more staff that is knowledgeable about the store. All the merchants participated on Halloween. It was awesome to sit and see all the costumes coming and going. Just think it closes too early.

Very basic Mall in the center of town. Has all the regular Flagship stores such as Walmart, The Source, Bootlegger, Shoppers Drug Mart. The town itself is not very brand name driven. For a better shopping experience I suggest going closer to the ferry terminals as the streets down there have quaint shops and interesting restaurants.

Old as hell. Needs an update and more shops. Lots of retail space available. It also lacks Accesibility. 1 mall entrance has wheelchair access. You can access through the north entrance. Walmart and save-on have their own accessibility. Which mean you can Enter the mall via the north entrance or mosey on in through Wal-Mart or Save-On.

It really is the centre of town. Plenty of shopping, all the buses meet there as well. Well worth walking through it at least once while you're there. It suffers somewhat from the same afflictions affecting malls across the nation, but it is still very much alive inside.

The Powell River Wal-Mart is very old and dingy, and definitely needs a major renovation and update. Selection of items are limited and there is not a fresh food (meats, dairy, fruits/ veg) section. The friendliness of staff is hit and miss.
