Pretty poor customer service. The simple task I asked them to do did not happen. Instead extra bits were added and rendered the repair useless. They went out of their way to do specifically what I asked not to do. Will not return, will not recommend.

Brought in a leather belt to be shorten, the belt is the type that you can interchange belt buckles, discussed with the lady there that fact and if it would work to shorten it at the front end where the holes are, she said it is workable so I went ahead ,when I picked it up I was surprised that they shortened the belt from the opposite side where the belt buckle is interchangeable and sawed it shut! When I faced the lady with it she offered to unsaw it and put snaps which would have messed up a $45 belt even more, I took it as is, very disappointing with their carelessness
