Dropped off three garments on Monday and picked them up today - I'm so happy with the results! They took in a beautiful hand-me-down dress my mom made in the 90's and I'm so excited it finally fits me. ALSO cropped/at the hip boxy tees are so in right now, and Diane was able to crop and hem two t-shirts for me. They look so much nicer than all the raw hemmed ones I have cut myself. Thank you so much for the great prices, neat work and friendliness! I will be coming back for sure :D

Had 5 pair of pants to get hemmed and then she tells me no credit card, cash or check only. Waste of time getting measured. People need to get out of the dark ages.

DO NOT COME HERE! PLEASE READ Yesterday I brought in a jacket and a pair of work shorts. The jacket I was taking back to her because she didn't shorten the arms as much as we agreed. The shorts just needed a basic fix. So , since I already paid for the jacket initially (25 dollars) she just wrote down a total of 5 dollars for the shorts and verbally confirmed. Today when I called to ask if they were ready, she said yes but the jacket was going to be additional 10 dollars, I responded with I already paid 25 and you didn't get it right the first time then she starts lecturing me about how hard they work etc etc etc and if i didn't want to pay the extra 10 thats fine for this time .. She did a good job of laying a guilt trip on me even though she didn't do an accurate job on the jacket the first time, I had 15 dollars with me when i went to pick up my clothes 10 for jacket and 5 for shorts. When I walk in, my jacket and shorts are rolled up into a ball on a lobby chair! When I saw that, I put the 10 dollars back in my pocket and just gave her the 5 for the shorts.. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. THIS LADY IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND INCONSIDERATE.
