Better than I could have ever expected!!!! This is exactly why dealing with a local store makes all the difference. My son needed a suit for prom by noon (only realizing the night before that his current suit no longer fit) and we walked in around 10 am! We were walked through choices of suit, shirt, vest, belt, and tie with patience and expertise. His pants were hemmed for him by the very friendly seamstress in the store and we were out the door by 11:30. They made us feel like a priority and the help we received at a very stressful time was invaluable. The price was less than expected as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was unbelievable!!!

I recently visited Conways in Perth in a panic with the realization that the suit I owned no longer fit me properly and the funeral arrangements for a loved one in just a few short days. Not only were Conways able to put me in a suit I love and calm my nerves by assuring me they could rush my alterations so it would be ready the same day, it was all done at a price far less than I expected to pay. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness at a time in my life that was very stressful.

Wouldn't have been nice if they updated their hours online. My husband and I drive all the way from Kanata to go find a suit only to find out they were closed at 4 when online it says they're open until 8pm. So annoying
