Amazing service from friendly and professional staff. I had a special request to have a leather head band stitched onto a pair of headphones. They had no trouble getting the task done. The cherry on top was that they only charged me 10$ for something that would of taken me hours to accomplish. 10/10.

I have a 30 year old olive green, genuine leather, suede coat that had a few small tears on the back from age. No other tailor I called wanted to touch it, except when I called super stitch. The gentleman immediately told me he'd fix it. I wish I could show photos because they did an amazing job. Took material from inside the pocket to patch the hole in the back and created another patch to even it out. Absolutely stunning and I will be keeping this coat forever. Thank you for the quality work!

Not my personal experience, but the bride who’s wedding I’m in. Bride advised all of her bridesmaids NOT to use this tailor as they have REPEATEDLY been disappointing! They lost her dress, were fixing it as she arrived for a fitting and had to sit and wait 30mins while they altered it, and completely forgot her FINAL fitting and did not have her dress ready (despite phone calls to confirm!). I would not recommend this place for anyone.

I dare say this is one of the friendliest businesses around. The owners and staff are always so cheerful, so pleasant. It's so refreshing! I live nearby so I am often walking my dog when dropping off or picking up. They always ask about my dog, ask how I'm doing. Even during the craziness of pandemic, they have remained so pleasant to deal with. My teenage son brought his uniform pants in to get a small repair done. They charged him nothing! We have gone there to get name bars sewn on jerseys as well as many other repairs and hemming and dry cleaning. I had a small tear in my down-filled winter jacket, and they did such an excellent job at fixing it. They do excellent work for very reasonable prices. I am so happy I discovered this place!

I don’t recommend this seamstress specially for wedding dresses. She had my wedding dress for one month and when I came to pick it up. She just start working on it. I spent hours outside the store waiting for my dress. I had one week left to my wedding. After waiting hours outside she asked me to leave and come back in one hour. During this hour she was working on someelse dress. When I came back my dress was not ready yet. After waiting the result was horrible. Bridal boutique was nice and she took it to her seamstress to fixe it. I don’t want any one to have the bad experience I had. Plus she told me 120$ taxes included for minor alerations. When I wanted to pay with my credit card she added taxes or she asked me to pay her cash.... I will never go back there and I will ask all my friends to not go there. Note: I didn’t find the a 0 start option to give to this seamstress.

We have been going to Super Stitch for about fifteen years - since they were located in the old Heron Gate Mall. We trust them with alterations and repairs on all of our best clothes - they can do anything! They have altered countless new items for me, replaced a zipper on my son's winter jacket, replaced the leather on a belt that goes with a work dress, shortened countless hems for me, recovered the vinyl/ faux leather on three kitchen counter seats, and they do it all at an unimaginably low price. These are good, honest people, who charge a very low price, get things done on time, always manage to squeeze in a job, and they do exactly what they say they are going to do, in an expert manner. I highly recommend them for alterations and clothing repairs.
