"Professional" should be dropped from the name as they are everything but that. I had a dress dropped off & picked up on my behalf to have cleaned for a wedding. When it was dropped off, it had antiperspirant marks under the arms and was in excellent condition otherwise. As soon as I got home, I looked at the dress and there were large, very visible pulls in the fabric of the dress, front and back. I immediately drove to this establishment to be refunded, as I did not enlist their cleaning services to have them destroy my clothing. The front line employee was immediately defensive & rude, and continually insisted that the damage had not been done by them...right, because I would bother wasting time & money on a dress that was already damaged & unwearable, that makes a lot of sense (eye roll). The employee repeatedly refused to refund my money and when I demanded to speak to the owner, I was told he was away and couldn't be reached by phone. Their workmanship is horrible and their customer service is even worse. Save yourself the time & money and go to a real "professional" establishment. This place is a joke!

Professional is the last thing this company is! Just today I was driving through the parking lot with my boyfriend and their driver proceeded to cut me off, not one but two times. The first I let it slide however the second time was unnecessary and very rude. I was clearly not happy! The driver in the company van then decided to roll down his window and yell profanities towards me. Such profanities include calling me stupid, dumb and FAT! How unnecessary! After the driver and I parted ways on the road I called the company to tell them what had happened. The lady who answered the phone blamed the fact that the parking lot was busy as the reason why he must have cut me off. She seemed to not be very interested the unprofessional manner at which her fellow worker treated me. I am very hurt and will definitely not be using this dry cleaner. There are a lot of other companies who actually treat the public and potential customers with respect. If this company is OK with hiring such people then I am not trusting of their judgement and professionalism.

Great experience, I needed a shirt hemmed, came back the next day and it was done. My only complaint is that they cover your clothing with plastic but I feel like it is wasteful for a shirt that I only needed hemmed.

I would highly recommend Professional Dry Cleaners for all your cleaning and garment needs. I brought in some clothing which was badly stained from one of my pets and they were successful in treating the article of clothing without any damage to the linen material. I was extremely surprised and VERY pleased! Their turnaround was also very quick. I will definitely return and bring all garments to their facility as well as recommend them to others. Great first time experience, I needed same day service and they more then accommodated me. My suit looks brand new, I had it cleaned previous at a different cleaner and they didn’t get out some sweat stains but Professional Dry Cleaners did. Lets just say I will be returning again to Professional Dry Cleaners. Love that they do the cleaning in house and their early hours are nice too!

I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned. There were no tears in my dress prior to bringing it there as I wanted to sell it and had inspected it and needed the bottom cleaned before sale. They needed to clean it twice because they didn’t get the dirt out the first time which I had to tell them about so they clearly didn’t inspect the item also no tear at this time of inspect. Second time I got it back the dirt was better, but even worse this time, is a huge tear in my dress! Now I can’t even sell it and it’s ruined. I’m so upset about this. I understand it’s tulle but they are professionals. I cannot explain how angry I am.

Recently found this dry cleaner who does all the work on site after some unfortunate experiences with the competition. Excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. Owner has extensive knowledge of the cleaning process and what method will work best for all fabrics. It's nice to finally have found a cleaner that I have complete confidence in. The business name is very well earned.

This place ruined our custom-made suits that my husband and I wore for our wedding. We spent almost 4K on our suits that we bought from a reputable tailor company downtown, Surmesur. We personally spoke to the owner, Melody, when we brought it in for the first time to let her know how special these suits are. When we got it back, all of the buttons were cracked and destroyed. Additionally, one of the shirts got stained and weren't even pressed properly. They ruined it all. When I talked to Melody about this, she accused the buttons to be cheap, even though they were pearl buttons which are even stronger than plastic buttons. She also agreed to re-do them again. But, after we trusted her with our suits when we first met her, why would I give the suits back to her again after she never paid special attention to them in the beginning!?! I asked for a refund and she offered a credit. Seriously?!? So disappointed with this Professional Dry Cleaning place. They dont care at all. Good thing Surmesur agreed to fix all the buttons and even offered to re-do the dry cleaning.

Best Dry Cleaners Ever! I've brought my husbands and my clothes to Professional Dry Cleaners for years and have been very happy with the service when it comes to cleaning and pressing. Recently, we needed my daughters favourite hand-knitted blanket repaired, its the blanket she has slept with practically every night since birth. They fixed the blanket perfectly, my daughter was over the moon - great job, thanks again!
