Do not trust this place with your Apparel. My Red coat is Ruined i do not know what they did to the bottom of my Coat. I had to toss it in the garbage. They response but they do not fix the problem.

They did a good job of cleaning my Canada Goose parka. I had a couple of stains that they managed to remove. No strong dry cleaning odor. The parka came back nice and puffy as before. It's not the cheapest place for cleaning a Canada Goose parka but I care more about making sure it's done right. I'll be back next time.

Once you try Carriage Trade, you'll wonder why you haven't been using them all along. My clothing lasts longer (careful handling = less wear and tear) and they'll actually contact you if there's an issue during the cleaning process. I also appreciate the text messages notifying me my order is ready for pick up. Keep up the great work, good people!

I am so impressed with the service here. I came in for the first time after work Friday evening. My suit needed to be dry cleaned and possibly hemmed in time for work Monday (today) at noon. The staff member who helped me was so friendly. She advised me that the suit can definitely be done on time but the hemming could take a bit longer so she suggested I come back for that another day. I left my suit to be dry cleaned and today at 11am it was ready for pickup. They did such a great job, they even replaced a button that popped off my pants. I will definitely return here for all my dry cleaning and hemming needs.

This place is the beat dry cleaners i have ever been too. It is more expensive than the run of the mill corner store dry cleaners, but worth every penny. They really take good care of your clothes. The location is always clean, the staff is friendly and i love their daily quotes as you enter the entrance way. They are up to date with technology so you get a text as soon as your dry cleaning is ready for pick up. I also believe that they have a drop off chute..i havent use this service yet...but all in all this place is top notch

Absolutely the BEST dry cleaner that I have found in Oshawa. My cleaning came back to me professionally folded (the pullovers) the shirts beautiful and crisp. They DO NOT smell of cleaning fluids as it is "green" process. The lady at the desk is a professional and most helpful. Great hours and a drop off box. I am most impressed

Brought in 3 skirts that needed new zippers, one that needed a new lining and a jacket that needed new zipper. I was told they all needed cleaning before they could be repaired. (All are machine washable). Was given a price. Went to pick them up, they only repaired 2 skirt zippers, 1skirt lining and 1 jacket and the price went up by $20.00. She accused me of phoning and changing something and thtas why the price went up. So they did one less thing and charged me more plus they charged me the cleaning of a skirt They did not repair.

I explained to Steve at Carriage Trade Cleaners that it was because of the stellar reviews on google that I took my dry cleaning to their shop so he asked me to write a review. I had a wedding over the weekend and took my father's vintage, hand made Holt Renfrew in for a cleaning. I explained that the suit was precious to me and had huge sentimental value so I wanted care to be taken with this garment. Steve assured me he would look after it personally. The suit was finished early the next morning and looked brand new. I thank you Steve for you excellent and personable service. I would recommend this business to others and will use it again in the future. Great work!

We recently used this dry cleaner for my wedding dress and my husband's suit. They did an amazing job!!! I needed a quick turn around to have them available for our wedding and Steve did not hesitate. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but was also extremely nice! A trait that is sometimes very hard to find these days. I highly recommend this company. They will take excellent care of your items and their work it top notch. They are also very affordable.

Should be called Carriage "SERVICE BEFORE SELF" Trade Cleaners. Because service is their middle name. ALWAYS a great press and clean here. Collars, cuffs and permanent creases are always pressed and creased exactly where they should be. That is incredibly rare today. They even have fantastic coffee on site and I find they are as enthusiastic about your wardrobe as you are.
