Great experience. Came with a pair of paints that had torn on the seam. Dean offered to fix them on the spot. I had forgotten my wallet so I told him I’d run home quick while he was fixing them but he refused. The service was great. The act of generosity was unnecessary, but certainly appreciated and rather refreshing. Not only got my favourite pants fixed, but Dean made my day. I’ll be back for anything related, especially after reading some of the other reviews.

We had Fardin reupholster our boat cushions. He had beautiful fabric to choose from and his work showed great craftsmanship. He steered us in a direction which saved us money and we were extremely happy with the results. We would deal with him again in an instant.

Amazing talent. Altered my wedding dress beautifully (including fixing what the seamstress I went to before did) Changed details while I waited (moving a clasp, fixing sequins). Worked with Me (and My very detail oriented Sister) to make sure we were happy with everything. Altered My Grooms suit as well, which was done perfectly. So so disappointing. I took my gown to be shortened and they literally just cut bottom with scissors. It's jagged and awful. To make matters worse, they (accidentally) cut a hole in the front of it. I'm mortified and would certainly not EVER go back or recommend. I was able to find someone else to touch it up last minute (thank goodness) but the dress is essentially ruined.

Very unprofessional. I was heading away on holidays and needed a new zipper put in my purse/backpack, which he said was no problem at all. First, it took 3 attempts to get the purse back as he kept forgetting to do it. Secondly, while sitting at the airport the very next day after finally getting my purse back, the zipper broke. Turns out, he never put in a new zipper; just cheaply tried to repair the old one. Also, he never follows his hours that he has posted on the door.
