Service was awesome, super friendly and helpful. Offered lots of advice, sizing, opinions, steaming and water if you'd like it. I'm afraid I didn't catch the gentlemen's name, but he wore a pair of glasses and a lovely ponytail. Awesome guy, thanks for all the help.

I was in need of a suit super last minute. As soon as I entered Kyle greeted me and offered me help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even contacted other stores as they were low in my size. I ended up going with something that they had in store after debating between a few options! Kyle's service was great and I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

DONT COME HERE! Worst experience. Went for an exchange and called ahead to explain everything. Told me to come in and lady there told me to go back to where I came from and was talking really poorly about me to the other sales person there. Bad attitude and horrible service, probably why the store was dead.

I got a suit and two dress shirts on a great deal here. The woman running the service counter was very courteous and helpful when looking for my clothes: honest in her opinions and helpful with suggestions. I never felt pressured to buy up and was even led to some good deals. The clothes themself are good quality for the price. The fitting was fairly hassle-free and the final product was everything I was looking for. My only complaint is that going in on a weekday: there was only one person to help with 3 customers all looking for assistance. Having more staff in could definitely improve the experience considering the money being dropped on suits. Overall, would recommend!

Unlike other professional branches this was the Worst Tip Top Tailors that I have ever been to. They put an unprofessional, inexperienced young guy at cashier late night who can't do simple discounts. After spending time in store picking 4 items I walked out empty handed because I waited 22 mins for just one transaction ahead of me and didn't have more time to waste on the guy (7:45 to 8:07) Believe me, I am very patient with retail folks specially now that they have to deal with covid as well but this guy was shamelessly offffff! Not even being sorry for wasting people's time.

After nearly a full day of looking for suits and business wear at several different stores between the Barrie and Newmarket corridor, I ended up here in the Upper Canada Mall. The gentleman (forgot his name, but he is a "key holder") was amazing. The young man gave me his undivided attention, and delayed his break to continue to make sure I was looked after. That attentive customer service is top notch. Enjoy your Starbuck's gift card brother, you earned it.
