One of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to buying a suit. I’m a big guy who is in a wheelchair and UK made the process super easy. It’s hard for me to find a suit that fits and looks good so going to custom suit route was a no brainer. UK came to my house, took measurements and showed me a huge assortment of fabrics. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Suit was done and ready within a few weeks. Had a couple fittings to adjust the suit to my needs. Made adjustments that wouldn’t be normal for a regular suit but UK did it without any problems. I don’t think many places would have gone to such great lengths for a client, but UK wasn’t satisfied till my suit was perfect and exactly what I wanted. You can’t beat the price for a custom made suit. I’ll be buying all my suits from Suit Up from now on. You won’t be disappointed!

UK is a total professional and I would recommend Suit Up to anyone looking for a custom-made suit. He sized and suited me and a couple gents in the wedding party, providing some expert advice while steering us (gently) away from some less-wise choices. At our in-person fitting he was professional, courteous, and had a ton of options and ideas. The fitting actually took place pre-pandemic, which threw a wrench in my own plans. Despite the shakeup, UK was reachable and communicative throughout. When things eventually got back to normal (enough) to have a ceremony, he made himself available for emergency last-minute alterations. Can't recommend him enough!

Suit up tailors made custom vests for my wedding, including one for a female and one for a nonbinary female-bodied person. It can be hard to find a tailor of men's clothing who will make clothes for female bodies - and make them well - and who is sensitive to a nonbinary person. Some of us are overweight, too. Suit up tailors were great. UK was professional and efficient. We all felt perfectly comfortable throughout the transaction - from selecting fabrics, to taking measurements of everybody, and paying. The resulting clothes were beautiful. Would highly recommend.

To start, I screwed up booking an online consultation thinking it was an in person one. When I let the owner know, he immediately made arrangements to meet me for in an person consultation 20 minutes later. Next, I was concerned with the time constraints involved in getting my suit before my wedding. With covid delays and other companies already saying it wouldn't be possible, I had obvious concerns. He assured me it would be here within the month and everything would be altered immediately. All of those timelines were met and he kept in contact with me throughout the whole process providing updates when possible. Finally, picking out the material and colour for my suit was difficult given the theme. He walked me through everything and provided excellent advice on what to choose and why. I would strongly recommend you get your suits here as I will be using Suit Up for all of mine moving forward.

But in the end, with little time left before the wedding, SuitUp was able to get a rush completion on a suit for me. It was my first tailored experience and it was lovely! The representative was very kind and informative, helped me with each decision and carefully took my measurements. Wanted to share my experience with Suit Up Tailors that should be quite helpful. I purchased my suit from UK and the process was straight-forward and easy (I was not that demanding) - The only stipulation I had is that it would be ready for a wedding I was to attend in 4 weeks time. UK accommodated me even thought the time was short. When the suit arrived I went in for the fitting and was asked to come back next Thursday (I was to leave for Friday morning for the wedding) to pick it up. Received call to pick up on Thursday evening and when I arrived was asked to try everything on - One big problem - The pants that originally came with the suit were not mine. Panic ensued as I was to leave less that 18 hrs - and I didn't have a suit. The pants unfortunately could not be found. I had no choice but to offer an ultimatum that within an hr, if the suit pants couldn't be found I would have to scurry off to another part of the city to grab an "emergency suit" before the stores close. There could have been no promise that the pants could be found in time so it had to be done as I now was rushed. But, and most important here to understand, is that after some back and forth with UK (while on the road to the other place) he offered to refund me the whole amount - He fully understood my predicament and wanted to make things right - and that's what happened. So would I go back and purchased again? With that dedication to customer service - Absolutely. PS. Yes, the pants have since been found - was a mixup with the seamstress with another gentleman's suit and nothing that UK had done. So again - Thanks UK for making a bad situation more palatable. You can trust that UK will do the right thing.

Who else would I turn to besides UK? The man made me a three-piece, grey merino wool suit, as well as an Egyptian cotton dress shirt with holes for a collar bar and a matching face mask.
