Had a zipper replaced on a heavy duty canvas lineman’s jacket. He put a way better zipper on it than the one being replaced. He took the time to stitch up a few holes he noticed also. Got it done days sooner than he said it would be ready. Price matched the quote. He will be replacing the zipper on my duffle bag soon. Great service great price.

I visited this shop two weeks ago, to modify a too loose Blazer. The owner is a smart and capable man, explaning his plan clear and short. He finished the work in time, making the suit like a new born. To be honest, I don't know too much about the price (It's within $100), but I would say, the quality is PERFECT. It's worth going.

Had my winter jacket dry cleaned at this location and am very disappointed with the service. Was initially quoted $20.00 which was steep enough to begin with (considering the jacket cost $50.00 + tax brand new), only to return 3 days later to pick up the jacket and the price was almost double ($39.55). Turns out there was a tear in one of the sleeves (was told by the owner that both sleeves had a tear which wasn’t true) which I was charged an additional $15.00 + tax for. I did not request to have this done (as I could have done this myself at home) nor was I contacted prior to ask if it was ok to do this. I would have simply declined. Performing a service that a client doesn’t ask for and then billing them for this is just shady business. So lest to say I will not be returning as a customer.

They were closed early so I called them and the owner came back and let me in to get my Fed X package that I really needed for my restaurant. So friendly and professional. I will be going back to get an old favorite top made with new fabric that was ruined by bleach last year. He's been a tailor for over 30 years I think he said. So happy I found this place by accident because I needed a Fed X package. Need something hemmed? New top or dress made? Bring him your favorite fabric and he can make it. The absolute best tailor I have ever worked with. Moving back from Toronto I was reluctant to try anyone. Randomly we tried this little shop. Have I ever been impressed with the workmanship that comes out of this place. He takes the time to understand exactly what you need any makes it right. I took a leather suit in that was poorly made and he completely altered all of it. I am now able to safely and comfortably use my race suit that was supposed to be custom made for me. I will continue to use and refer people to London Top Tailor!!!

This is my story, I won’t come here any more!!! I brought a pair of a shoes and a jacket here but the owner did a very bad job cleaning my shoes, basically damaged her shoes. And the owner said if I can find a place clean it better than him, he will give back my stuff for free and give me extra $100. I did find a place doing better job than this shop. When I came back, the owner didn't admit his word anymore and still wanted to charge me the jacket. Very bad attitude and poor service. Horrible place and be careful if you come here. Worst place ever. I cannot believe this kind of place with high reviews. Ridiculous! ! !Here are the photo after cleaning, if u were me, what do u feel when u received shoes like this,?? I am so disappointed with the service they provided. I cannot wear the shoes anymore because of this place!

I found London Top Tailoring in google and found the reviews were high. It was a bit far from the house but upon checking reviews, it looked like clients were well taken care of. I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here and it was great! It was really dirty especially at the hem but Hamid made sure that it will be squeaky clean when i picked it up. I checked everything and my dress was perfectly taken care of. The price was better than some of the places I asked. I also got a better suit bag for a minimal price! Thanks Hamid!

After I posted this review, the owner called my friend and said he will find where she lives and a lot of bad word which also involves discrimination. He clearly replied he didn't clean this shoes but now he called?? Luckily my friend got it all recorded and please apologize for the personal threat and rude word or just wait for the formal complaint.

Hands down the best dry cleaning service in London and surrounding. I've tried out several and nothing will compare. I go through several suits, shirts, and EXPENSIVE linen. These guys are the only people I trust with it. They've rescued my Orlebar Brown linens from red wine, and countless spills on suits and shirts. On my last visit he told me I had a surprise. I didn't know what to expect, but had been missing a credit card after a late night. I was presented with not only my credit card, but $600 in cash that I had assumed was spent over the course of the night. Stand up service, and nothing but the best customer service. Long overdue review here.. A quick search for "best tailors in London" led my wife and I to this business to do alterations for our daughters wedding dress last fall . Meeting Hamid and his wife at their business introduced us to a hardworking couple with "old world" craftsmanship skills in their trade. Their work for our daughter was impeccable and paid attention to fine details. This led us to having a fine Victorian style vest made for the father of the bride which was outstanding and a real hit for the event! A further project was presented when my wife and daughter commissioned Hamid to make a Victorian styled smoking jacket as a Christmas/retirement present for me and I must say this is a heirloom quality garment and a treasured gift ! I highly recommend this family for any tailoring needs !!

My family and I have been going to London Top Tailoring for about 10 years now, and they are the best out of any tailor weve been to. Firstly they are customer focused, so of there is ever anything wrong with your garment, they will fix it or redo it for you, free of charge. The workers are the most reasonable people you will ever do business with, and they want you to leave the store with a smile. Secondly they do fantastic work 99% of the time anyway so you wont even bother altering a piece again because it already looks fantastic, and fits great. On the off chance it doesnt fits perfectly, they will fix it for you on the spot. Whenever someone asks me where i get my suits tailored, I say London Top Tailoring, and I always recommend that if they need alterations to go there as well! Fantastic staff, great environment, more than fair business, and they go above and beyond for their customers. On my birthday recently I wore a blazer and trench coat tailored by them and my friends were so impressed with the look they literally stopped to take pictures of me at the end of the night. Thats the type of satisfaction you get from London Top Tailoring! I would give 6/5 if i could!

This review is overdue- but we wanted to take a minute to say that the dry cleaning service is amazing. The owner is so nice and helpful. My fiance brought in my wedding dress and his suit before our big day (sept 19). For my dress I wanted a quick steam, but he pointed out that it needed a clean- We hasnt noticed that it had scuff marks on it! He kept my dress covered so it would stay a surprise for my now husband and I. When I got my dress back and put it on - it was glowing. I felt so beautiful and I know that it was because of the great work done here. My husbands suit was also cleaned so nicely. Would recommend and go back again.

This place is great! I came in with a ball gown that was way too tight around the torso. I had a bit of extra fabric that was taken off the bottom of the dress, so it was used to make the midsection a little wider for me. The dress fits perfect now and you can’t even tell it was altered! But with under 4 days he already had from my jacket to my pants perfectly fitted to what I wanted my suit to look like. Customer service is amazing and super helpful. I am not disappointed at all and I was super happy to where my perfect fitted suit to prom this year. Also for the quality of the tailoring done there, the prices are amazing. I expected my adjustment to be very pricey but pricing was amazing and don’t have any complains with them. Overall I highly recommend this place and will be definitely coming back to get more suits uniform and clothing tailor here.

I hadn't worn a suit in a few years. I was asked to be a pallbearer. I went to try on one of my suits to find that, do to my weigh loss, no longer fit very well. With only days to spare I tried to buy a new suit but couldn't get it fitted in time. Then I went to London Top Tailoring to see what they could do. He pinned my jacket to fit, along with my pants which he adjusted to a more modern slim fit. He promised he could finish the tailoring and have it dry cleaned in 2 days. I was a little nervous. Then later on the second day I received a call saying my suit was ready. Sweet! The suit fit perfectly! I looked at the workmanship and could find no faults! It was amazing! The store really did live up to its reputation! Honestly, when I took my dress in I didn't expect much because i saw it as a hopeless case. But the tailor took my awful dress, literally took it apart, and turned it into exactly how I imagined it.
