I went here to get some basic gloves fixed. After discussing the price, she was charging more than a new pair would cost. I respectfully declined and the owner called me "crazy for wasting her time". After I apologized for changing my mind. I wouldn't recommend going here for anything if you care about not being insulted for no apparent reason.

I brought in the skirt for my cheerleading uniform here, which I was a bit iffy about because its typically not something a lot of tailors have dealt with. The ladies working there were very friendly and made me feel confident about the outcome! When I picked it up, I was a little bit nervous because you never really know exactly how something is going to fit. Let me tell you, as soon as I put on this skirt I was extremely pleased. It fit exactly the way that I had hoped, and the stitching was flawless. I will be coming to Fashion Fits for alterations in the future. Highly recommend !!

I've recently gotten a suit tailored here and because of recent health problems, it was sizing down and not up so it wasn't an easy task. Dalida, who helped me out during this experience; was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that it'll turn out fine. I had this tailored because I'm a groomsman for a wedding and it was very important that I look my best. We brought this in only a week earlier since we've been very busy lately and they were able to have it done in time with 2 days of legroom beforehand which came in handy as we needed to adjust the waist once more.They did a wonderful job on the suit in the end and they did so promptly. Dalida and her colleagues were all absolutely wonderful and helpful and I'd definitely be returning and recommending people to come here if they're ever in a stitch (Pun Intended)!

I've brought 5 items here; 4 pairs of pants and a suit jacket. 3 pairs of pants were hemmed without issue. other pair of pants got shortened way too much... when measured, pant leg reached the floor... now pant leg is about 2 inches above the floor. The suit jacket was taken in at the torso... it got taken in too much... probably a half inch too much on both sides.

I bought two shirts online that were HUGE on me. I came here, and they gave me a great price to fix up both of them. In all honesty, I was worried that they wouldn't be able to do anything. But they proved me wrong! They delivered AMAZING alterations for these two shirts that I can now happily wear. They even offered to have it done in the same day; I waited less than 3 hours for an incredible return. I DEFINITELY recommend this place for anyone looking to get their shirts tailored!

Ignored hem instructions written largely on the work order. There was no misunderstanding between making a 1/2" and a 3/8" hem as requested. Also chose a thread color that didn't match any of the thread on the standard pair of denim. The hem stitching dips on one leg from 1/2" to below 3/8" as well, as it was not sewn straight. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way the Eastern European woman working there handled it was as if I was annoying her by bringing up the fact that they made an error. She told me "Well I can't fix it now" it was 8pm by the way, the mall closes at 9pm. Sorry, but I'm a paying customer and you didn't complete the service on my order by the time we agreed on for pickup. I'm pretty sure that makes getting my job completed to satisfaction your number #1 priority. Complete lack of accountability, and I'm pretty sure she didn't even apologize during the whole thing. She instructed me to make time in my schedule and come back on the Saturday. Probably would have been worse off leaving them [jeans] to there to be "fixed". So I paid the full price as written on the invoice and left with poorly hemmed jeans that weren't even hemmed as instructed. This experience has showed me that they can't follow even rudimentary instructions, they are untrustworthy even with written instruction, and they have very poor customer service skills. I had used 'Fashion Fits' to hem at least 5 pairs of jeans previously with decent results. Perhaps they hired new people or sold the business. I think it's time my family and I take our business elsewhere, as I would not trust them with the more expensive pairs of denim that I own.

I have been coming to Fashion Fits Alterations for many, many years, as have other members of my family. There is no other place I would take my clothing for alterations. Dalida has always altered our clothing with fantastic precision. She is truly talented and is a delight to deal with. Her pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service have kept us coming back over the years even though we moved out of the area and live further away. She has a keen eye and just knows how clothing should fit and how it would look best on me. I have complete faith in Family Fits Alterations and trust that when I pick up my clothing, regardless of whether it is shortening a pair of pants, a sleeve on a jacket, a hemline on a dress or skirt, or even taking something in at the waist, that it will be perfect. Fashion Fits Alterations is hands down the best place to take your items for alteration!

Absolutely terrible service. Wrong hem and then wanted to charge me again. Says we told her to "do it wrong" when she called us to confirm. Avoid this place. "Stitch-it" in the mall a few doors down much better service. She has no idea how to talk to customers.

My prom dress needed some alterations so I took it to Fashion Fits in Markville Mall. I picked it up today and the alterations that were done made the dress perfect! The dress was altered quickly and the work done was amazing...thank you Fashion Fits!

Fashion Fits is the best! Dalida and her team treat you like a celebrity! They remember little details about you, their service is so personal and fast. I have had a number of things taken in and let out and I always feel so important and respected when I head in. I now drive up from Toronto to see them because no one else treats you this well or works this fast!
