The guy was absolutely lovely, managed to get my motorcycle pants dry cleaned and cared about making sure it wasn't too hot to melt the plastic for protection. Also did a great job putting on a new button that broke, the pants are still doing great! Also all done for a great price! Definitely will visit again if I need anything done!

I bought dress 2 sizes bigger as it was a last one; I brought it to Quality Care Cleaners for alterations with a bit of worry if it will be done properly. I have to say that job exceed my expectations; alteration was done beautifully: fit perfectly and I could not even noticed that anything was done as the finish was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for alterations.

Excellent service ! I found out that they process every order separate and they don't mix customers orders for better quality. I noticed when I took my stuff back that the colours looks way more nicer and my black Canada goose looks real black and my pants have no iron shiny marks like other dry cleaners. Great place for dry cleaning and prices are excellent for what you get. I recommend this place !

Very happy from my wedding dress preservation. My dress train was so dirty and they did amazing job. They called me to check the dress before they preserve it and i was so impressed how clean and bright. Few days after i got a text message to let me know that my order is ready. The preservation is so elegant in a beautiful gold box. Great and trustful dry cleaner and amazing staff and customer service. Prices are very good ... Highly recommend !

Hands down the best dry cleaners I've ever been to! The owner is brilliant! Hes made dry cleaning into an experience!!! You walk into the store and you will be blown away by the ambiance. At first you will think you've walked into a studio of some sort...the feel of it is definitely not your typical dry cleaners and I can promise you it's not! The level of service you receive is unbelievable. Once you get your clothing back you will be amazed at the finish. During this time of covid I was able to have my coats picked up from my home and returned back to my home! I was so impressed with the over the top service and the quality of work that goes into caring for each piece that you give Quality Care Cleaners. I highly reccomend them!!

Dry cleaned a few coats and everything came back in fantastic condition (even getting rid of staining my old dry cleaners could not). Cuffs were replaced, as per suggestion, as they were worn and fraying. The owner is great, very responsive, and accommodating. Very fairly priced for the service, which includes pick up and drop off. Will definitely use again!

When I first step in Quality Care Cleaners I was impressed by the stylish and luxurious atmosphere which at the same time really was warm and comfortable. Kate altered my birthday dress and pair of the office pants by herself. Right away I could tell that she is highly experienced professional. I came in the day before my birthday party and she did the alterations perfect and in very short time! My whole experience is really awesome. Couldn’t be happier with her excellent work. Working with Katie was one of my favourite experiences throughout the wedding planning process and I have been vocal about this to anyone who will listen! Despite my wedding dress having pockets and complex layers of tulle and lace, Katie was able to work magic, take it in, and hem it perfectly. Not only did it look perfect, but I had no issues wearing it for 14 hours straight, right through to the end of the dance party! I had three fittings and she was very responsive to my wishes, timely with her work, and very reasonably priced. I can't imagine anyone else being able to help it turn out as beautifully as it did. Very happy with her work.

The staff at this location are very professional and will accommodate your needs to the best of their ability. I had to attend a wedding overseas and my suits needed alteration on short notice. They did an amazing job with the alteration, when even harry rosen informed me that it is not possible due to the limited amount of cloth available ! Somehow they pulled it off. I highly recommend Quality Care cleaners for your alteration and dry cleaning needs.

This place is absolutely excellent for dry cleaning and alterations. I had great experience. my clothes looks fresh and all stains came off. when i went to pick up my order, one of the customer service representative made me look over my whole order to make sure i have no concerns or questions and she explained to me how they treated the stains. I also had my suit altered and they did amazing job. they contacted me for 2nd fitting appointment to confirm the alterations. very professional and great customer service! This is really the best dry cleaner in GTA. Highly recommended!
