Super friendly and efficient, the attendant treated my clothes like they're his own. Together we quickly went through the garment pockets and looked at the various stains on the garments - each one a story - and to my surprise and the reason I'm writing this review, is because he offered some complimentary repairs and even a slight alteration on my white suit jacket which had sauce stains. Truthfully I'd given up on the white blazer and I was just going to get it cleaned before donating it... Not anymore , esp now that it might fit me better - we'll see how it feels come summertime. Thanks Eco Friendly Dry Cleaning for going one step beyond.

Extremely friendly and customer focused. Has even opened the store outside of normal hours once as we were walking by and he was there. Very accommodating to requests and timeliness of getting clothes back. Even when we had a small misunderstanding he took the initiative to resolve the problem in a very customer focused way. Can only say good things about him and his business and would recommend it to any person in the area.

I took my wedding gown here to be preserved. Mark let me know the approximate time frame, went through the different issues with my gown (a few stains and two tears) and marked them all to be cleaned/fixed. Great communication and great service. My dress was sent out to their associates for preservation and came back boxed and preserved. It looks wonderful! Thank you Mark and his team for taking care of such a special item and being so friendly and honest!

He takes the time to make a connection with his clients, which I very much so appreciate. He is also upfront and honest. He does great work and he charges reasonably. Will recommend. Mark at Eco Friendly is great. He is super friendly with great customer service and a great location. I take all of my suits and winter jackets there and they are returned to me in a timely manner with a smile. I definitely recommend Eco Friendly!!

First time using this cleaner and never had such a negative experience. Picked up my $200 order and noticed immediately upon returning home that one of the four 100% wool coats I dropped off wasn't cleaned properly and in fact looked like the wool had been damaged on the lapel (see images). So I called the store right away and they told me to return the coat, which never left the drycleaning bag. Just received a call from the owner, Mariana, telling me that actually, I had burned the coat, spilled something inside the pocket and dragged the coat on the ground in the hour between when I picked up the coat and called and reported the issues. The owner said that it was impossible that their perfect process created damage or that they missed something. They are perfect! And I am a liar. That is literally the conversation I just had. I truly cannot believe that I spent $40 to have my coat damaged and then to be accused of lying to get a free clean?! I don't smoke. And I don't waste my valuable time. I just wanted a mistake fixed. This cleaner is a disgrace. Please see the images and judge for yourselves, noting that they still have the coat. These images were taken in my car when I got home and noticed the issues.

Not impressed. Overpriced. Owner didn't get back to me "with a quote" for service requested. Went to get my item back found it was "all done". No explanation for the week delay on getting back to me with a quote except "I'm really good at it". Work is farmed out and owner charges a $3 fee extra for farming out the job. Charged me full price and didn't even bother offering a discount to a first time customer for the delay. So not worth it.

Won't go anywhere else. Why? 1) I have really sensitive skin and this is the only place that doesn't leave me itchy. 2) The owner is phenomenal. After moving to Toronto, I have to pile my clothes and come drop them off here. Mark, the owner, is always willing to work together to find a pickup/dropoff time - a welcome personality in a world full of self-interest... It's like the episode in Sex and City where Carrie doesn't get to wear her favourite dress to see her love interest because it's at the dry cleaners - this will never happen to you!
