Wonderful lady who cares about doing a great job and so much about the money. I called every place in town for a suit press they all said about $24 and she did an amazing job on my suit for $10. Why go anywhere else?

Left a jacket with a stain on it, waited 10 days (after initial promise of 5) only to find that nothing was done to the stain, no attempt was made to clean. I wasn’t charged, but it was a huge waste of time, as I returned multiple times only to be told they didn’t know where the jacket was.

We brought in expensive suit jacket to be altered and they lost it. My mother in law is friends with owner so dropped it off without receiving a ticket. When mother in law told us it was not there I called to enquiry and No explanation or compensation offered. The English spoken by owers is very weak so it was impossible to discuss the missing item with them. They simply hung up the phone. So we are out several hundred dollars. Not impressed.
