First came in about year ago to get a suit made and could not be happier with the result. Jordan welcomed me in and took his time to walk me through the different fabrics and options. He helped make sure that I would have something that met my needs and looked great. They absolutely nailed the fit and the suit has quickly become my favourite and most comfortable thing to wear. My entire experience at Garrison has exceeded all the expectations I had and I've been back since to get some shirts and a vest made. They're extremely well made, fit perfectly and like the suit, are some of the most comfortable clothes I own. I look forward to coming back in future.

I had an absolutely epic experience at Garrison bespoke and walked away with the perfect tux for my wedding back home in New Zealand. Jordan walked me through the entire experience and made the fitting session fun, educational and insightful - allowing me to try on a whole raft of suits and tuxedos and explaining the pro's and con's based on material quality, price and body-fit. I was very pleasantly surprised at the first fitting session how well the tux fit off the bat - requiring only minor amendments. Jordan and the rest of the team at Garrison Bespoke were friendly, helpful and sublimely professional. I would thoroughly recommend looking to get a suit here as it's quite simply the best piece of clothing i've ever purchased... almost managed to even hold my own weight against the dress my wife chose... almost! Overall I would go back here in a heartbeat and love the tux in all aspects; the fit is perfect, the material breathes and feels good, not to mention looks pretty epic, the experience was phenomenal and the service impeccable. 10/10 for sure.

Lost a star for price and that we had to ran on a tight timeline, which was quite stressful cause it was for our wedding... still 4 stars though, they were willing to do same-day express shipping to help us reach our timeline. They also offer small courtesies such as water or espressos while they assist you -- these little details go a long way. Garrison Bespoke was recommended to My fiancée and I by a friend. Since we were looking for a wedding suit/tuxedo for me, we had no prior knowledge of how much it will cost, but we were told $1,000-$2,000 would get us an excellent suit, which I made it my budget. We accidentally went to the wrong store (the small one inside the Omni King Edward Hotel) and was told the sales would be here shortly. I'm going to tell my horrible experience without dropping any names. It all started when the sales arrived and was scanning the room and was then told by the girl who was working there that I'm the person that's been waiting for him. He didn't seem impressed at all. He had NO smile and had this condescending look on his face. Regardless, my fiancée told him what we were looking for and our budget, and he said that would cost us at least $2,000 and if I wanted a tuxedo it would be $2,500. He showed us some materials, and as my fiancée and I were looking through the materials, he just sat on the side playing with his phone. His explanation was, "Sorry, I've been standing all day." I understand I told him my budget is within $2,000, but if I wanted to, I could easily pay for more. I had a good paying job, but I rather spend the money on other important things. The whole time he just didn't seem like he wanted to do our business. I don't want to play the race card, but either he doesn't like Asians, or somehow we gave him the vibe that I won't be able to afford any of their suits. Regardless, he should treat every customer and client fairly and professionally. Other than that, the quality of the product is great. I can't say others will receive the same treatment, but I for sure didn't appreciate it.

Very welcoming from the start and never tried to push me in to anything I didn't like. He was always available to chat and give opinions on what will look best. The suits are the best quality I have ever worn. My typical go to's before Garrison Bespoke were Ted Baker and Hugo Boss. I will continue to fill my closet with Garrison pieces as my old suits no longer can compete. The fit, quality and service are just that good. I cannot recommend Jordan and Garrison Bespoke enough! If you have an average body shape, I recommend you to buy off the rack suits elsewhere and having it altered for better fitting. Don’t waste all the time and money for made to measure suits here.

The best place in Canada to get a custom tailored suit or any fine garment. They may be the best in the world. At making truly unique made to order handmade bespoke suits, shirts, pants even jackets. Everything they carried was extremely, well made including some of the best high-end brands like Filson luggage and briefcases. I have really never believed clothing could make such an impact until I had it made just for me. It is something everyone should try at least once. They also carry many high-end brands I looked for a Ghurka, but I am being told they may take it soon. an absolute must for anyone in Toronto Canada.

Having never owned a suit, I checked out quite a few places in Toronto and around the GTA before I decided on the place that I'd like to buy my wedding suit. The environment is very relaxed, and the staff are super friendly, you're usually offered a water or espresso within seconds of stepping inside. I called in advance to set up an appointment, and I was set up with the store manager, Jeff. He took me through all of my options, but didn't overwhelm me. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted, and he helped me decide by eliminating colours he didn't think would go with my skin, styles that wouldn't go with my build, materials that wouldn't be nice for what I wanted the suit for, etc. The decision making process, as well as the sizing and everything was quicker than I thought, and after a deposit, I was told I'd be called back when the suit was back in the shop. Within 2-3 weeks I was back in the store, and they did the finishing touches for small things like pant length. Jeff was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and I've already recommended this place to a few friends. Will definitely be back when I need another made.

Initially drawn by numerous shoutouts from celebrities and professional athletes . I finally decided on a high quality 'starter suit' as buying off the rack did not fit well at all, even from a menswear store in Japan (was hoping to get a better an Asian fit). Am Nothing but impressed with the professionalism and great service that Garrison bespoke offers. Buy a suit here and you will be treated well. Really well. Personally I was helped by George. Amazing stuff. The Mercedes Benz of suits and all things sartorial. If you have the means, they're well worth it.

I bought a three piece suit from Garrison in 2017. I have since debated writing this review but figured it is a good platform to share the experience and to inform anyone who is thinking using them. I learned of their shop through word of mouth and was intrigued by their social media presence. On the surface, what you see is exceptional, unique clothing. I personally had an awful experience and would not recommend Garrison Bespoke to anyone. The initial consultation was used to select fabric. I admit, my rep took their time and helped along with the process, but also made a few promises that were never delivered. I approached this collaboration under the impression I had full autonomy over styling (stitch colour, button selection etc) and was told it would be discussed after the initial fitting, but I never had the opportunity to customize beyond basic fit/surgeon cuffs. This may sound petty but it is an expectation. My canvas fitting seemed tight, but I was assured that the final product would have ample room to make adjustments accordingly. I accepted this but remained skeptical. A few weeks later I was notified the suit had been made and I was required to come in for final adjustments. Upon arrival, was told they had not finished the vest. This was especially irritating as I do not live around Toronto and it takes considerable time out of my day to go there. During this fitting, I again told their tailor (several times) that the pants had seemed too tight, and they had again reassured me they were going make adjustments and they would fit. I picked up the suit a few weeks later. The suit did not fit. I was given a pair of pants far too tight, and a vest so short it did not cover my belt line. I was in disbelief. It took 2 more fittings, as well as a rush order for additional fabric from England to fix their mistakes. They hastily remade a vest, which upon closer inspection, had frayed ends, loose threads that were completely visible in the back. As a last resort, they had to put a gusset in my custom pair of paints – let that sink in. They barely made their target date which was time sensitive for my wedding. In the end, I spent $3200 for a custom suit that never fit, and have lost all confidence in their brand. Perhaps they focus more on delivering to celebrities and athletes. Completely unacceptable for this price point. Buyer beware.

I came here a few months ago to get my wedding suit custom made as I had heard numerous wonderful things about Garrison Bespoke, and wanted to find the right place for such a special occasion. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by the owner who made my fiance and I feel very welcome. My entire experience here exceeded all the expectations I had, and in particular because of the associate I had named Jordan who did an outstanding job. He walked me through the entire process with great detail, he gave me his full attention and was extremely polite and professional. Jordan really made this experience easy for me, as well as enjoyable. I was set to get married next week but due to Covid-19 that has been pushed back till later this year. Jordan happened to contact me to let me know they would be more than happy to adjust my suit should I need additional alterations given that it was fitted a few months ago, which I was not expecting but very delighted to hear. I would highly recommend going to Garrison Bespoke because you will get excellent quality as well as service. I will definitely be back in the future.

I should have done my homework here, but I got caught up in their media hype. Tried twice to pick up my suit. It was not ready both times with a deadline for my suit to be completed. One time they even said they were busy with wedding suits and for me to come back another day during the week. Can you believe the arrogance? I eventually got to try on my suit and it did not fit. Way too tight, nor was it the quality they promised. They were not able to correct the suit to fit properly. Very pissed that I wasted my time and money here. I have come to realize that their social media is a complete farce and a sham. I guess this is the kind of things you resort to when you have minimal tailoring skills, nor a good reputation to push your business and product. This was a bad experience. I'll be checking out the Soren custom guys, I hear these guys make a decent suit.

sent an email to this company asking them if they could accomodate someone who hasn't inherited a trust fund and has a low-budget because they're a student, i even told them i would be willing to buy suits that had rips or manufacture defects, etc., one of their representatives sent me an email back telling me to go to hudsons bay and buy a $200 suit from there instead. Garrison - worst experience, nothing high-end about it. Ever tried a trendy new resto-lounge only to find that the food was mediocre at best, and the serving staff haven't yet admitted to themselves that they wait tables for a living ? The refurbished Lambo financed with credit card debt parked out front, lots of high fives and bro-hugs on the way in .. you know the kind of place. In a nutshell, that is the Garrison experience. They've been really successful in applying a marketing model used by the entertainment industry to build buzz, churning out bullet proof suits, serving cheap scotch to customers, and chasing down endorsements from D-list Toronto 'celebs'. The Garrison experience is tacky at best, underscored by poor attention to detail, terrible follow through, and a custom fit that is on par with the likes of discount custom tailors like Maxwell. Their prices aren't bad, naturally, because they don't actually provide a quality product. Their 'bespoke' shirts for example aren't true made-to-measure, but rather a mass produced shirt that is then tweaked by their tailor to improve the fit. Like buying a shirt off-the-rack, and having it darted by your local dry cleaner... Unless this is your first custom-suit experience, and your primary objective is validation that you've 'made-it', I'd strongly discourage you from using Garrison. Find a tailor who's true craft is style and workmanship.

Suit was well constructed but never really fit right. Was back a few times for modifications but still problems ie. arms still ride up (and stay up) when I raise and lower my arms, so I am constantly pulling my suit sleeves down. It is also baggier than I like. Likely a problem with the fitting process or at least as it was done for me.

My fiance and I had set an appointment a few days ago, which was confirmed. We were advised less than an hour before the appointment that they cannot meet the timeline of our wedding. While I understand this constraint due to tight timelines, this handling demonstrates poor customer service for not notifying the client at least a day ahead of the appointment. If you request a 24 hour cancellation notice from your clients, you must provide the same courtesy back to us. Very disappointing interaction with Garrison Bespoke.

Had the misfortune of dealing with David, one of the representatives of Garrison Bespoke. The guy will do anything to get ahead, including breaking deals and walking all over people who try to help him further his business. Heard similar stories in the industry from others about how he managed to pull off the company's connection with the TV show Suits. One of the costumers got him in and he didn't even write as much as a thank you card on a deal that has brought the company much publicity. With this kind of reputation, no reputable company is going to want to be a part of your business. Word travels fast.
