Wow-- best on the North Shore by far!! The dry cleaning they do here is truly top-notch. I had a Moncler jacket and a few other stained cashmere sweaters that needed dry cleaning. Due to their delicate nature, I was hesitant to send it to other dry cleaners that had quite a mixed bag of reviews. I decided to no longer waste time, take a leap of faith and go to Westview based on the reviews & on a recommendation of a family friend. I could not be more pleased with how they turned out--all of them came out looking flawless with absolutely no trace of the stains! I tried many other dry cleaners in the past and none of them really delivered in terms of quality. Looking back, I'm so glad to have found these guys. Oh, and did I also mention they have the some of the most reasonable pricing here? I've definitely found my forever dry cleaner.

I've been a regular customer for a long time. It's a busy place, and you'll quickly come to understand how they're able to get so much business and stay successful. As others have pointed out, their prices are very reasonable and you'll get the best bang for your buck here! This is because they do all of their work on site, so you get top-notch quality at considerable savings. Sadly can't say the same about other drycleaners in the area that simply send out their work to plants. Also, they're efficient. You'll be out in no time both times, at dropoff and pick up. Rest assured your clothes will be ready ON TIME. I am amazed at their level of service and quality every visit; I kid you not, my clothes come out brand new every time! Never looked back since I found them. I highly, highly recommend them.

I called around and most places charges $8 to 8:50 to shorten your jeans. I walked in well-dressed on my way to work and this ladu squared me up and down, without hesitation asked me for $14. I guess I should have show up in jeans to get the best price. I highly dislike people that take advantage of others

So happy I found this place! They are truly passionate and knowledgeable about their work, and at times when I've brought something with heavy stains, they walked me through what they would need to do. One time I came in with a huge mushroom soup stain all over my dress, and a few days later it was gone without a trace. I thought I'd be buying a new dress, but they totally saved it!

I drove an hour and brought my wedding dress to Westview after having an outdoor wedding on recommendation of a friend. If you're anything like me and doing a ton of research looking to have your wedding gown cleaned and preserved, Westview Cleaners is the way to go. You will be in good hands. I was convinced the dress was permanently stained because it was all muddy and roughed up. Through their careful cleaning, it came out perfectly restored looking BRAND NEW now! They told me they had to hand-clean it several times to get all the stains out completely, which I very much appreciate. They also put it into the preservation chest and it looks absolutely beautiful. All my bridesmaids also brought their dresses here and they all came out perfectly restored as well. Provided them with a cashmere-wool mix (Ralph Lauren)sweater received it back and it was shrunk ! They told me it is not a high quality product for this reason it shrunk. Provided them with my wife’s dress (RL) received it back totally destroyed. The gentlemen told me that I should complain at Ralph Lauren and not at his side. No apology from his side at all. Had to pay for his service. This company can do shirts but no high quality stuff at all. I am totally disappointed. Provided them with my shirts over 2 years. And now this big surprise . I trusted this company . I am out. No more .

I never had a problem with this couple since they were always polite and professional but something happened to me recently that I need everyone to be aware and pay more attention. I dropped 6 very valuable items 3 weeks ago here and they gave me a receipt for 5 which I never noticed because I trusted them and never thought of this issue to happen. when I was picking up they gave me 5 items and when I asked for the 6th item they said that the receipt is for 5. I insisted that they check their front Camera that I don't think it's even on but they refused, and also followed up with them for 4 times and every time they gave me the same answer that they're checking with their other customers and still no result. I paid over $150 for this beach cover and only wore it twice but because the tag was asking for dry cleaning only I dropped it off there and I wish I wouldn't have done that. they've lost it and now they're not taking any responsibilities for it. *PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS ALL THE TIME* this is very disappointing that I can't even complaint anywhere but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I used to go to this dry cleaner for 14 years and last week I took a cover mattress to clean and a week later it shrunk 40 cm and now I cannot put my mattress cover and they do not want to take responsability. Do not go to this dry cleaner they have change owner and the service is very bad now. They should explain clearly to the customer. There is no customer service what so ever. I will not go there anymore.

I had a really great experience with Westview Cleaners. They were timely with their preservation service and my wedding dress came out looking brand new. My dress is now somehow cleaner than when I first purchased it! I was blown away. The price was almost half of what other places were offering (everything including the cleaning and preserving is done in-house, so no send-offs to other places) and they came recommended by the boutique I purchased my dress from as a place they trust with all of their dresses. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
