I have been taking my clothes here for a number of years now, and it's always a great experience. Ken, Dahlia & Minoo are always pleasant, appreciative of my business, and they and their staff do a great job. I have never had a problem with my clothes or the service. Their pricing is slightly higher than another place I tried, but I had a problem at that other place so will not go back. I believe you get what you pay for.

Excellent customer service with smile and polite manner. I needed my son`s jacket to be Ironed on a Friday night and he wanted it the same day. The lady kindly accepted with smile and it was ready on time. Great service despite busy day. Fantastic.

I had a silk dress I wanted to wear to a party, but I forgot it had a stain on it until I tried it on the day before. A friend told me to take it to Lions Gate Fabricare because they offer rush service. They had it ready the next day and the stain was gone. Great experience. I will definitely go there again.

Where do I start, much is left desired about my horrible experience using there service, I dropped in a mare three items to this store after looking up google reviews and having trust is what I searched and read,, however was I terribly wrong about that all. I am a businessman with fairly expensive formal clothes I spent $37 on this service they provide and my dress shirt was completely ruined with massive white marks all over it and my seam all crumbled and damaged. After I had spotted this as soon as I arrived to pick up I questioned what had been done to my garment and what possibilities we could look at towards a refund of my $37 I had spent and my shirt that was now ruined that was less than cheap in the first place, this male owner had the audacity to argue my case and be refuse any sort of refund for my loses and damages only he had done. At the end I got no sort of refund and walked out appalled with this service. I would strongly recommend not to use this place to anybody and I have nothing good to say about this store at all.

Been going there for quite some time. I had a stain on one my pants at pick up which wasnt cleaned properly, they said bring it back next time and we will take care of it for you! Went back the next time and the owner was very rude and kept asking questions to get out of the free wash and finally offered to give me a discount instead of fixing their mistake where i had already paid for! No customer service at all! Will never go back
