Took my work jacket in for a new zipper and they were able to install a better zipper than the original. They do backpack repairs, all types of footwear from leather to work boots, they do skates and lots more. They also have leather belts and shoe repair and care products. Nice people, very helpful. Fixed up my cowboy boots for one more go around when I was sad and grumpy that they were finally dead and could not be resurrected, and they did warn me to enjoy the time that i had left with them. My feet are happy again!

Vic's Shoe Repair did an awesome job on repairing my leather motorcycle jacket. My wiener dog chewed a hole in it and they did a bonded repair that is almost invisible. So pleased 38th their work. I have used Vic's several times in the past. Highly recommend.

I recently broke the zipper on a cross country ski boot and I thought my only option was to get a new pair of boots. My wife said "take it to Vics!" $30 later my boot is better than it was pre broken zipper and I had it in less than 24 hours. Fantastic service. I can not say enough good things about them.

got Birkenstocks fixed and the quality of material used looked very cheap, got them back and one sandal is too small now. also someone stepped on the back of my heel and they completely flaked apart. waited 2-3 weeks for the shoes to be fixed. very unimpressed with this service will not be coming back. with all this it would've been more worth it to buy a new pair of shoes. (fixing them was half the price)
