It seems that most of the clothes I buy do not fit me. When my purchase some 9 years ago at Massimo Dutti brought me to Salstyle for alteration, I just kept coming. Marine is professional, personable, and pleasant. To me, her and her amazing staff can work miracles. There is no alteration too small or too big - they can handle pretty much anything that is textile! Also they are an incredible success story of first generation immigrant to Canada. Highly recommend their services!

I need my trousers one size down and they absolutely nailed it! The place is easy to find, and most importantly the customer experience is memorable❤️the place is run by a couple Marine(Mare) and Sako. Both of them are detailed-oriented and responsible about their work. They would listen to your needs and thoughts, making sure you are satisfied with everything you demand before letting you go. If you need an alternation, I would highly recommend this place to try!

Marine is the sweetest lady and had one of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. She did amazing job at shortening a dress and adding some straps in a timely manner (she made sure she met the deadline that I needed them for). When I tried on the dress no additional fixes needed to be made! Just took my dress back to get dry cleaned and will be back to give her more business because she’s amazing at what she does!

I was here and I dealt with Marine and her staff. They are so wonderful to deal with. I needed 13 items tailored before my trip and I only had 4 days. They managed to RUSH and get everything done for me. I would HIGHLY recommend them over any other places (especially stitch it). The quality of their work is superb. They can be a bit tough to find, check out my pictures to see the best entrance.

I have a TNA jacket with broken zipper, and front part are worn out, I went to many places but nobody say they can chang zipper and repair it, but now Marine changed the zipper for me, repaired the front part, now very perfect just like a new one. I am very happy Marine did a good job for me, and with a very reasonable price, I recommend if your clothing have any problems, just go to her, she is so great!

I would highly recommend this place. They did an impeccable job on a shirt I needed a bit bigger. The shirt was double lined so they took the inner lining and added it to both sides of the zipper. I'm so impressed with how it turned out! Will forever be going to them!

Attentive, warm, speedy and -- dare I say it -- joyful service! The owner literally ran after me to declare that he'd found a spare button in a waistband, putting a smile on both our faces. I brought in 5 items to be taken in or hemmed, and the owner listened to all of my requests and asked great clarifying questions. Also, the clothes were finished a week earlier than expected. I'll only come here for alterations now!!

I have been getting various clothing altered over the years and have been very happy with the quality of workmanship as well as the time that is put in to the initial measurement process. Marine is extremely detailed and experienced and takes the time to ensure what the customer expectation is. I recently had a cashmere coat altered and my coat looks like new. I have moved to Prince Edward County and I continue to get all of my alterations done at Salstyle. It is certainly worth the 1 1/2 hour drive as I know I can always trust the quality.

Brought in a wool coat to get the sleeves shortened. Marine was lovely and gave advice on the length and not going right to the wrist where it would be too short. Gave it a quick pin and promised to have it done in less than a week. When I got it back you wouldn't even be able to tell the sleeves were altered and they hit at the perfect length. Only minor thing is that I wish the sleeves' inner lining was shortened a bit more too so that there wouldn't be any loose fabric but it was barely noticeable after my first wear. Great customer service and would go again!

I’ve been coming to salstyle for my alterations for several year. Attention to detail and the great care they take in ensuring fit and satisfaction is why I keep returning. But more than that, understanding fit, form and fabric is a real craftsmanship which is hard to come by and why it makes them far better than most.

Extremely kind lady. Excellent altered service. My skirt looks great! You can’t even tell it was stitched. However I asked for it to be dry cleaned. I don’t think it was hence I took off a star off. The stain is still there and I doesn’t smell like it. I’ve dry cleaned coat, tops and pants to know the different scent after picking it up. I paid extra to get it dry cleaned and traveled to pick it up. That was my time and gas wasted. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning
