I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Elliot + Olivia. Bailey goes above and beyond for her brides to make sure they have the best experience. Her shop is stunning and she has so many beautiful gowns to try on. I found my dream dress within an hour. My bridal party and I had the best day and I will be forever grateful that I said “yes to the dress” at Elliot + Olivia.

This was such an amazing experience for me. Bailey's boutique is beautiful and so welcoming. We had the place to ourself and Bailey. She made us feel so comfortable from the beginning. I showed Bailey a few pictures of what I had in mind and she was able to find exactly what I wanted on the first try. Even though I had found my dress right away, she let me try on other dresses to enjoy the experience. She had different veils and head pieces to try on as well as jewelry and made the experience unforgettable. We walked out of the boutique happy and completely on budget. Make this your first stop before going elsewhere, you won't regret it.

Elliot and Olivia is one of the most beautiful bridal boutiques I have visited. I drove from Toronto for my appointment and it was totally worth it! Bailey is absolutely lovely and extremely attentive. She went out of her way to ensure myself and my entourage (mother, sister, nieces and mother-in-law) had a truly special and personalized experience. Not only does she offer a variety of exquisite dresses from one of my favourite designers, Made with Love, she also carries a great selection of veils, bridesmaid dresses and accessories. There’s few places where you can have the full store to yourself and I have to say, this is the kind of boutique experience that makes your dress shopping experience relaxed, comfortable and extra special.

Bailey was so helpful and accommodating and went out of her way to arrange a virtual appointment and loan program to ensure that I was able to get my dress in time for my wedding. I can't say enough about the whole experience at Elliott + Olivia! I walked into the appointment fully expecting I would be walking out without purchasing a dress, as I can be very indecisive and get easily overwhelmed with lots of choices, but I found my dress! Bailey has a gorgeous spot and both the space and Bailey were so calming to not feel overwhelmed with the decision. Bailey quickly picked up on what I liked, or didn't like, and offered suggestions accordingly. They have so many gorgeous dresses to try on in a variety of styles and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. She definitely read my energy and helped me to narrow to three and then allowed me the time to decide which one was mine (although I think she knew "the one" when I put it on initially, she allowed me to get there on my own and work through the process). It also meant the world to me the way Bailey included my Mom, Nonna and sister in the whole process. Thank you Bailey for sharing your passion with North Bay. We are so fortunate to have your shop in our city! ????

Everything was so well organized and efficient from the booking of my appointment to finding my dream dress. I was asked what my vision was and was able to try on so many beautiful dresses. My dress came in with ample time for alterations. In fact, Bailey went above and beyond to help me when my dress became too big from weight loss. After ordering my dress, I had decided that I also wanted sleeves and Bailey ordered me some without any issues. She was so kind and helpful which really helped settle my nerves throughout the whole process. Her shop is so cute and clean and to top it all off, you are welcomed with a personalized sign just for you! 10/10 would recommend!
