Walked in and turned around and walked out! Filthy dirty!!!!!! I wouldn't even give it a star if that was an option!

Went prom dress shopping for my friend today and when she tried to look around, the lady working insisted she tried on this one dress so much my friend was not able to even look at the other ones and when she looked at one other dress, she was asked not to touch it. The dress the lady was persistent on did not have sleeves, nor was it a colour my friend liked and when we tried explaining to her that is not what she wanted, she again insisted on a wrap around, cover up on her shoulders. This again was not what she wanted, I directly told my friend she did not have to try it on if she did not want to and the lady remarked with, "would you like to buy the business and run it? I've been a dressmaker for 18 years." We left shortly after but awful way to treat customers, my friends and I will not be coming back.

Was looking for a veil to match my wedding dress. When I mentioned to her another bridal boutique had recommended her store to me she replied "I've been in business for 30 years, they don't know what they are talking about. You came to the right place." She was pushy and wasn't listening to what I wanted until I picked a veil that was in my budget that I liked and would compliment my dress. When I showed the owner my dress she said "everyone has that style" in a snarky tone. I should have left then.. but I asked if she could attach a barrette to the veil and she said yes for a fee. Not a problem, I paid her and she said to keep the receipt when I come to pick it up- it would be ready in a week. She also made a point to mention that there were no refunds. I thought it was odd, and didn't think much of it. I returned a week later to pick up the veil, she showed me the barrette she had sewn on and as I was placing it back in the bag she pulls out her calculator.. to now charge me the fee for the barrette! I told her I had already paid in full, she disagreed and said I didn't pay for the additional sewing.. she wanted to charge me more!? I asked why it wouldn't have been included before when I originally paid for the veil, she got frustrated and yanked the bag out of my hand. She started yelling and accusing me of trying to rip her off. I was appalled at the disrespect and asked for a refund, which is where she pointed out "there are no refunds". Enough was enough, I said I was either leaving with the veil I had paid for in full, or my refund. She threw the bag at me and told me to get out of her store and disappeared behind the counter and around the corner. How on earth she claimed to be in business for 30 years is beyond me!
