Is it just me, or do the Old Navy’s at outlets feel that they are a designer store and their prices are way more expensive. We were at Marshall’s right beside Old Navy and my husband was looking at getting Nike swim shorts for $30.00. We thought we would go to Old Navy to see if they had anything cheaper. Their swim shorts are $35.00!! I couldn’t believe it. We could get Nike cheaper than Old Navy. This store was also small and crammed with clothes everywhere. Lots of employees nobody there to ask if you needed help.

Floor and fitting room staff could use additional training. 2 associates walked right by and carried on with personal conversation,after I'd asked for help. If you want to shop at old navy go to the pen center or online as you probably won't be ignored. Miserable experience, will not return.

Was expressing how another customer was being extremely rude. The employee I was talking to said to her coworker that I said that everyone there was an *sshole (I just said that one woman). The coworker she talked to said that I was the only *sshole without even knowing the situation *UPDATE* Haven't seen the employee since then and everyone else there has been wonderful

Great store. The clothing selection for an Old Navy Outlet is very impressive. Service is good. Clearance selection is exceptional and is great to pull together a cheap outfit. Store could be cleaner however.

5 stars here is why. May 26th. Super busy store. Manager Darryl, gets on the megaphone and entertains the huge line with trivia and prizes of $1 off your purchases. Well done Darryl. I love the Old Navy fit so I frequent your store. This was the best one I have been too. Fun fact (Old Navy’s name came from a Bar in France) While your online shopping world is good! And store returns amazing. Can’t beat my in store experience today!

Cashiers are excellent, management seems to be disgruntled and annoyed. I get that everyone has bad days, but being mean to customers complimenting your staff isn't a great move. Prices are insanely high at this location

It’s definitely not a store I’d like to come back to. A third world country could have a better customer service than this one. Beware of the facade in cashiers and customer service. The service is selective. Might a suggest to management an Implicit Association Test prior to hiring. I’m very disappointed and disgusted.

Very friendly staff, the store is very organized and clean. I often go in to find a sale on the item I was looking for. The bathrooms are always clean, and there is always an open quick change station or regular changeroom.

Old Navy clothes fit my tall and slim children and husband very well. Better than any other stores. They have reasonable prices and are usually fairly trendy. Old Navy only carries 3x+ online and excluded plus size from their sales recently. I consistantly have issues with their treatment of the plus size community and wish I did not have to shop there.

This location is a bit of a disaster! Need a cleanup staff for sure. Clothes laying everywhere (on wrong racks, on the floor, over display tables). Pretty hard to find stock when it's like This!!

I don't know why stores DON'T EVER have stock for tall skinny people but I was so happy to find pants for my 6"3' 15 year old that actually fit!!! Thanks Old Navy. Please get more 30/34's or 32/34 or ANYTHING taller in stock. They sell out because they are needed!

Old Navy has some unbelievable deals I purchased a large number of items to donate to the elementary School on Northern Greece. Your dollar really goes a long way and when your buying for 22 Kids that value really adds up. The kids wear these clothes for longer period of time and I am surprised how durable the clothes are Thank you Old Navy 5 Stars well done!
