I recently went to the outlets with my family and ended up going to kate spade. I had a baby bag purchased for me last year and the handles on it were starting to come apart. I had emailed their customer service at the end of last year and they had told me to bring it in even through I didn't have a receipt. I was unable to make it there until this year. I decided to see if they would be able to do anything for me even though I didn't have a recipet. I talked to the girl at the cash and she talked to her manager and they decided to either give me a store credit for the value or they could swap it out for another bag and take mine. I ended up swapping it out. I was thrilled they they were able to help me! I was very surprised that they exchanged my baby bag and gave me a brand new one! I definitely will continue to buy kate spade products. I have also purchased myself a cross body black bag there last year. I use it everyday and it is still in brand new condition. It's a perfect size for my wallet, phone and keys. I love it! I really like this store set up. The whole outlet is outside so you can enjoy the outdoors while you shop. This store is on the larger side and they have a huge selection. They always have sales and extra percentages off. I would definitely recommend checking out the kate spade at this outlet.

Wish I can give a negative star. I were at the store Kate Spade Niagrara-outlet mall location.i experiences the rudeness customer service. While I were trying on a bracelet in front of mirror near the bracelet station, I leave my mocha-latte drink and a black grocery bag on the station. Because I just off work, plan to do my grocery. 1, I were near and around the station where my stuff at. 2, the length of time period I were trying on the bracelet were under 10 minutes. In such a short time, my stuff were gone that some stuff of Kate Spade store threw it away as garbage. I first asked a stuff to check for me, she went in but for in purpose of helping me I finding my personal belong back. What customer service~ I bump into the manager of the store, after I explained what happened. I did not hear an apology from her. If I threw your stuff away, for no matter the reasons, a sorry comes before everything. And this happened at Kate Spade store. The manager showed careless. I leaves the store with doubling should I and my friends around continue to support Kate Spade as one of our shopping brand. It is not the product, but how you treat your customer. When I leave the store, the attitude of the manager how she handle the whole thing makes me feel “ yeah, we threw your bag away, so what.” If she felt it is I right at the first place, I would hear an apology. I feel you get what you pay for here. The price is great but these are not reatil quality items. Make sure to check the stitching and ensure the zippers work smoothly. I found two wallets the zippers has a very rough spot and it was difficult to close them.
