Sizing is a bit weird as a medium fit almost the same as an XL. The prices are pretty decent though for Ralph Lauren. Also the staff is very friendly but not that knowledgeable about their product.

Nice store, clean and spacious and with a wide variety of clothing. It s hard to find a good deal over there as many items are just regularly priced. Not all staff members provide the same level of customer service but all were helpful when asked to.

This store is the best in terms of service and always stocked up with the latest. They send mailers whenever they add new stock. I would recommend buying stuff for kids during December as they have great promotions.

For me Ralph Lauren is always a five star experience. But today they did something shocking to me. When I picked a shirt with certain discount and cashier charged me for higher price, I complained. They sent someone to check the price. When I checked myself, it’s funny, they’d removed all those shirts and the sign in seconds.

The selection is pretty weak. The price you pay for a factory outlet isn't even worth visiting. You're better off going to Hudson Bay for selection and price. If you do visit, the store's layout is nice.

Employees need to take some customer service training courses. It was our first visit, and absolutely was a bad experience for us! I love the other stores at that outlet though! Poor customer service and even manager very unpleasant. I will not go into this store ever again!
