Knowledgeable but unprofessional. I came here to get my wedding dress altered in October. She didn't do any major work on it, partly because the design was more complicated than I thought. Also because the adjustments were not that necessary after all - the dress already fit fairly well. I was happy to get the professional opinion here. She did however make minor alterations such as cinching up loose beads On The Spot which was Awesome! Other than the fact that I had to drag my new dress on a very dusty floor when I tried it on, the conversation and some comments that came with the visit were rather pushy and unsolicited. Overall, for the average fix up on a coat or patching up some sweaters, I would recommend Fine Tailors to others.

Firstly - the lady in the store went above and beyond. She was super helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the final product of my tailored dress shirt was perfect. I had my shirt brought in on the sides as well as shortening of the sleeves. Loved the job she did.

Consistently good work at more than a fair price. I've brought pants, a jacket, sweater and dresses here on different occasions and each has turned out perfectly as promised. Taking in a fitted dress and sweater was only 15$ each.

Poor customer service. they didn't kept the promised date. The sleeve of my jacket were shorten in different lengths and angles. The stitches of jacket were not done properly. After complaining it got correct. I can't recommend this place. Bad experience. Very unsatisfied.

EXCELLENT STAFF! Best consumer service I've ever received! Saturday April 14th I had a wedding to attend that was beginning around noon. Saturday morning the power went out for a large section of St.Catharines. With no way of pressing my dress clothes I called Fine Taylors. They too had lost power, however, one of the staff members invited me to her own home, which hadn't be affected by the power outage, to press my clothes for me. I can't say enough about how thankful I am for the tremendous customer service I received. I would NOT have made it to the wedding if it wasn't for Fine Taylors customer service. WELL DONE and thank you again! 10/10 would recommend Fine Taylors for any suit tailoring, you won't be disappointed.
