Caswell's is a relatively new discovery for me; clothing lines are all higher end and consequently not a discount outlet. But the clothing I've bought here has been excellent, stylish and wearable. Gents that have helped me every visit have been really helpful finding the right fit and style. They've also helped me see and understand what will work and be a good fit for my budget. If you need good clothing for any occasion, give them a look...you will not be disappointed!

I visited this store after seeing an ad on face book and was astounded by their customer service. I was helped by Tony and not only did he provide great recommendations he also provided good conversation while shopping. And besides all that it was a one stop shop, got everything I needed there from socks to jacket. Overall a great place to shop.

I have been looking for a men's clothier store as I transition in retirement from many suits to casual wear. To date I have met Michael, Ryan, Brian and Tony. The service and selection of clothes is outstanding. I have a bought a suit and dress shirt for my daughter's wedding, casual slacks and a casual shirt. I highly recommend Caswell's.

Outstanding knowledgeable staff. They do not push you to spend. I visited the store on a few occasions to get an idea of what I wanted and to find out if Caswell's was the store for me. Over the course of those visits, I met all of the sales people. All are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I ended up purchasing a suit that required many alterations. Michael was very patient and got me exactly what I wanted. Do yourself a favour and visit Caswell's. You will have an excellent shopping experience.

Caswell's has been a family run business for generations and it is my only stop for 5 Star clothes shopping. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to assisting with choices etc. They carry everything from business suits, blazers, stylish shirts (my vice) and everything else you might need. I visited this store last year and I had planned on leaving a review at the time but I forgot until now. Its a great environment and atmosphere. The gentleman who helped me was the owner I believe who was very personable and patient . The products are great as well as the selection. My favorite shirt was purchased here and was also manufactured in Canada which is nice to see. I plan on visiting every time I'm back in Niagara falls to see what's new in the store .
