i took 3 shirts to have patches sewn on them. after a week past when she said they would be done, i was totally disappointed. she had hand sewn the patches on and it looks really tacky. i could have done that. not professional at all

I brought in a massive fox coat that needed the seam repairs in the diagonal stitched sleeves. I knew this was a lot of work and that the lining would have to be opened up and it would be hard to repair because of the volume of the fox fur. I was extremely surprised by the quality of the work and the more than fair pricing. Brought in my boyfriends for lined leather jacket that needed a very large zipper and again a superior repair job and another terrific price. Ophelia is a find I trust her and I will bringing her continued goodies that need repair. You need to look no further she’s a gem

Wish I could remember the woman's name, very kind lady who use to alter my mothers clothes, that's how I found out about Alteration Station. I had a purse that was tearing at the snap closure and she fixed it for me. That was 9 years ago and its still holding up to this day! She did a fantastic job. Prices were very reasonable and quality of work is excellent.

Awful. I feel ripped off. Owner would not commit to pricing when I dropped off items in bulk (primarily all were button replacement and seams that opened that needed sewed shut), but insisted it would be cheap. When I returned I had a bill for averaging $13 per article of clothing. Considering several were only for buttons the average pricing is terrible. At drop-off I explained that most of the izod khakis being dropped off only cost $20-25 per pair. Awful experience. I would have been MUCH happier throwing most of the clothes in the garbage and replacing with new for only a few dollars more. The workmanship is nice but who cares if seam repairs exceed 70% of replacement???
