I brought my boots in to get new heels on Dec 27th and picked them up about a week later, Jan 3rd I believe. Last week the left heel popped off and I brought it in today to hopefully get glued back on. The girl immediately accused me of tripping or falling hard to make the heel pop off. Then she said it's only guaranteed for 2 months and it would be full price to glue it back on. My repair was only 2.5 months old. I feel this was bad business practice and I will not be bringing my shoes in here again.

We needed to get a handbag repaired somewhat urgently. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and though they had a large backlog of work, they found a way to accommodate us. The price was extremely reasonable, and the repair seems excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely come back here! Thank you, Sky Shoes & Repair!!

Got two pairs of boots re-soled and they turned out really well! Only took 1 week and was a reasonable price. Only problem was the day I was told to pick them up, the person working the counter said they were in a back room that she didn’t have the key to. Not her fault, but shows poor management of items in general. Went back the next day and pickup went fine. Been wearing them around quite a bit and both pairs are holding up perfectly!

The staff there are very friendly and very informative. They do not hesitate to provide information on anything that I need from shoe soles, orthopedic support, shoe waxing, bags, wallets, dress pant adjustment, and watch battery replacement. My experience there has wonderful, and I live in surrey now, but still go back to them for somethings because I trust them, even though there are many stores that I could go to within Surrey.

I brought my boyfriend's Gucci hightops in and the soles were completely deteriorated (unfortunate craftsmanship) the lovely girl who works there Lydia told me to leave them and the cobbler would phone me and tell me if they could be saved or not. That evening he called me and told me he could fix them and it would take about one week. I just picked them up today and honestly I'm shocked at what an amazing job they did fixing them!! They look better than they did originally! I highly recommend taking your shoes in need of repairs to Sky Shoes & Repair! Unfortunately it doesn't give me an option to post the before and after photos, but I will keep trying so everyone can see.

Had my battery replaced in my G-Shock watch. Went home and the bottom right button does not work. Cant' set the time, use the stop watch or change the date. Took it back, less than 15 minutes later. Female, who said she fixed it, took it appart and showed me the button "physically" pushes in and out. It's not there fault the button doesn't connect internally. I stated it worked fine before I gave it to you. She then stated that I did something to it. I asked "do you think I broke my own watch after paying you to fix it"? She than said I was" disrespecting her and being difficult". Granted this is noy a huge deal but I will never return/suggest using this business.

Excellent service!! The staff here are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The store is also very well-kept. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend! My shoes that were very worn out at the heels were repaired and felt brand new. =)

I found a watch from when I went to Disney land when I was 9 it needed an overhaul. I brought it in to the store and the very helpful, friendly girl at the till gave me the low down on what they could do for me. The band was replaced, the battery changed, and the glass on the front replaced. I am overjoyed that I can now wear my watch! It is working like a dream and looks like new. Thank you so, so much you people rock!

They have repaired my shoes here on multiple occasions, very quickly and at a good price. The last pair of boots i had repaired there, the heel was done so well it was even better than the original heel it came with. I've also bought shoes from them, which i still have and are great quality. The girl that works there is super friendly, outgoing and helpful. I've also had my keys cut here, they have it all!

Do not buy Canada comfort shoes. I made my mistake as it was only 99$ and good looking. It has been 2 months and my boots started to fall apart. Cannot return or exchange it .Waste of money. Also Canada comfort brand is not found online ...God knows were it's made.

Exceptional service! They did great job on the soles of my boots. The key cutting service weren't the greatest. I went in twice for copying my office's post box. It didn't work. My boss decided to get the key cutted somewhere else. Lydia is always professional and friendly.

The girl on the till was arrogant, she said it was tedious to change a watch's strap, and demad and exaggerating 35$ for just a 5 min work, she thought she could squeeze more $ from me. How tedious is it screwing and unscrewing a watches' strap? Lol . Never coming back there again.
