Busy place but lots of staff. 3 fitting rooms are available for you to try on clothes with a podium to stand on so they can mark the alterations. Completed clothes are folded nicely and packed properly into bags when you pick up. They also have a old-school rewards card where every 10th hem is free.

Bad service , they spoil my pant , its not professional worker to give them your cloths they made me nervous, and they charge 39 $ to fix simple thing in brand new pant damn ???????????????? please guys no body trust this shop ????????

I have been coming to Pro Stitch for the last two years for various alterations such as my work clothing getting hemmed, having various memorable patches seen on coats, and having dry cleaned my graduation suit here. I come all the way down from Langley just to get my alterations done here and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I recommend my friends, and I recommend you too. They are awesome, stop by and have your clothes pampered!!

Went to get coat sleeves hemmed, was told they can't keep style the same, wanted $40 for easy hem. Told them I could do plain hem myself, lady said go ahead if you're smart enough, we don't need your business we are very busy. Horrible customer service and lazy. My coat has fake button holes on the sleeve, simple zigzag stitch, she tried telling me its very difficult and would be $15 each lol. That would be $60 per sleeve, nice way to get out of doing simple 10 minute job.

I have had nothing short of excellent services from all the ladies at pro stitch. I have been going to them for years. They have always accommodated for all my requests. Hemming and dry cleaning. Prices are what they are. No one should be complaining what any business charges. Its what they feel what their worth is.

This is what the website says: Fast Service that Saves Time “For your convenience, we do same day service for all hems and small alterations while you shop at Guildford Town Shopping Centre.“ But I came Wednesday morning and was told I’ll have to wait until Friday after 5pm for a taper on a pair of denim. This doesn’t feel like “while I shop service”

It's a nice facility and the front lady was good at alteration measurements. Double check your order and finish as it gets busy.

I went here the other day to get a new zipper put on my jacket, another place had quoted me 70 dollars however Pro Stitch Alterations told me I actually did not need an entirely new zipper, just the main part that you pull up and down. I ended up only paying 12 dollars (which is way better than the 70 quoted to me by the other place), and the zipper works how it did when I first bought the jacket. I will be taking all my other clothing needing repairs to this location as it is obvious they know what they are doing. Thank you

Went in on Wednesday night and asked for one dress pant to be be hemmed at the bottom for Saturday. Was told it could only be completed by Sunday... I even asked to pay more and they refused. This is not a quick or convenient service, no idea why it advertises as a convenient shop.

The seamstress there was lovely. Efficient, well spoken and does her job with a lot of respect for her trade. I took in a jacket which needed its zipper replaced and had it done in less than 3 hours. I only came because of an emergency zipper and everything worked out. Can’t go wrong there

I’ve been coming to this place for more years than I can count now, and they are the most reliable people to alter your clothes. They are always professional, prices are reasonable, and they consistently produce incredible quality on all my clothes. I’ve had everything from jeans to suits altered here, and they are reliable every single time. Just once, I went to another clothing alterations place due to convenience, and the alteration was so bad I brought it back to Pro Stitch here. They promptly fixed my clothes and got it right. Their attention to detail and quality consistently amazes me and I trust them with all my alteration needs now. Even when I was living in downtown Vancouver I’d come all the way here to alter my clothes. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. If you need clothes altered, you can always trust Pro Stitch at Guildford Mall!

I always come here to get different services done to my clothes, such as getting my jeans hemmed, pants tapered, or dresses/skirts shortened. The ladies at the cash desk are helpful and friendly. Usually my items are ready within 1-3 days depending how busy they are. Since they are located in the mall their prices are a tiny bit higher than what you will pay elsewhere. Worth it though

Usually they do a good job. Have been coming here for years... but every now and then they do a lazy job that doesn’t look nice and is very noticeable. I guess it just depends on who does the job. Not consistent. Fair pricing.

I had pants hemmed here, less then a year later the seem came out, they wanted to charge me 50% off to fix it. Considering I would take all my clothes there to get tailored the customer service and quality is garbage! I changed tailors after that!

I was there today to see if they could fix a zipper with my winter jacket. The lady was very attentive hearing the problem and they were able to fix the zipper very quickly. I was able to pick up the jacket right away. Excellent service and good skills.
