I brought two silk tops here, and one had numerous stains. It was a very delicate colored silk top, in which we weren't sure of the quality and if the color would hold. He did a fabulous job and saved my $70 tank top!! Will definitely be back, great fast service too!

Dropped of two rugs and was shown a COMPLETELY different price for getting them both washed than what I was charged in the end. It would have been cheaper to throw both in the trash and get new ones. At least they were clean.

Took my silk wedding dress in for cleaning. I had bought the dress used so I had yet to wear it. They got out the stains and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I was so happy!

I left my wool coat to get dry cleaned because of a stain that was on the jacket from new. I was told to come back on Friday and it would have been done. I arrived Friday and the stain was still there. After talking with the person at the counter, she said she would send it back and let the dry cleaners know to take care of it, and to return on Tuesday. Well, long story short, I came back to their shop 3 more times, after they have failed to let me know my coat wasn't actually at their shop and ready for me to pick up like they told me it would be. This whole process took over 3 weeks. Not only did they make me come back 4 times total, by the end of it, the stain was still there, although slightly less visible. I talked with the counter guy, and he didn't really have an answer for this. They still charged me full price and I left with the job not being done 100% like they said it would be. I know the reviews look great on here for this place, and that is why I tried them out, but perhaps they changed ownership recently because they are completely unorganized.

I've lost my receipt and she didn't let me touch the ready to go staffs and start questioning me to make sure it's the right person for pick up, I really liked it. And, very politely she gave me the staffs. Very clean and perfectly steamed. Thanks for your hard work.

Amazing place to be at. Very welcoming and respectful. They not just dry cleaned my coat suit but also altered one side of my pants. Totally affordable and waited longer than their business hours in order for me to pick up my suit. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Was looking for a really good dry cleaner for my wedding dress and was really nervous as my dress was heavily beaded. The owner was so welcoming and made sure this was something they could do before wanting me to pay for it. They did an excellent job! The bottom of my dress was so dirty and they were able to clean everything off.

Great! I didn't think I'd find myself raving over something as simple as a dry cleaner but WOW he did a fantastic job. I brought in a grotty old Burberrys' commuter 2 coat from the 1960s that I picked up at the SallyAnne. When he was done with it, it looked new. He even mended a missing button for me. WOW! I'm going to have to find more stuff to clean now. More...I brought in a G-Star Parka to dry clean and he fixed my zipper pull too. Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because 6 isn't available.

I had a poor experience attempting to take clothes to this dry cleaner. There was some cat hair on an item and they refused to clean it. I went to another cleaner that took the items for cleaning. Will not be using this dry cleaner in the future.

I came in with a wide out stain on my silk skirt and was hopeless. They were very honest about what could happen during the cleaning process and told me they would do the best they could. The stain is gone and my skirt is impeccable ! Thank you so much !
