It seemed a bit sparse and the saleslady was hilarious. *russian accent* "No you look beaUTIFUL" *as my friend looks like a cake with breasts* It was a pretty good shopping experience regardless of the general down to earth feel of the staff and store.

I had the opportunity to wear one of Charm Wedding Design dresses for a styled shoot and it was absolutely beautiful! The construction of the dress was extremely well done and it hugged at all the right places. I met Irina to try a few dresses on prior to the shoot and she was lovely. A great, local option to check out if you're getting married!

Irina’s dresses are all absolutely stunning, I wanted them all! A talented designer and seamstress, she makes the dress to fit you so any alterations are included in the tag price. And the prices are quite reasonable for hand made, custom-fit pieces. If you like boho and flowy this is the place to go, and she is so kind and helpful and not pushy at all. I had a wonderful experience looking for bridal gowns here.

I only had one week in Vancouver and I happened to stumble upon Charm. It is a very spacious studio on the second floor. They have such a beautiful selection of gowns and luckily allowed me to try on dresses as a walk-in. I tried at least eight gowns and I loved them all! I put a deposit on a gown and I cannot wait to receive it. Thanks Irina for all your help.

This lady made the most exquisite communion dress for my daughter raw silk and chosen from three different wedding dress ideas - absolutely stunning and cost less than pre- made dresses at department stores exquisite workmanship, lovely person and work done on or before promised time. Would use her again - in a heartbeat.

I can't speak highly enough of this team. I am beyond impressed with their work, and attention to detail. These woman worked absolute magic to reconstruct my wedding dress. I purchased my dress of the rack, but it was way too small for me. I was told it would need a full reconstruction. Charm design delivered. They saw my vision and made it a reality. My dress is an absolute dream. I'm so pleased with the whole process, that I'm travelling to bring them another dress for altering. Thank you Charm Wedding Design!!

I did my alteration and cleaning here. Alteration was fine. I dry cleaned my dress and it took three weeks. The date i was supposed to pick up, they phoned me that my dress was not ready. Second time, they called and it’s not ready. Third time, I called and learned that it’s ready. Went in and saw my dress, the part they pormised to do wasn’t done, dirts were still on the dress, and even hairs were on my dress and it was a little upsetting to see it after waiting for almost a month. I told the lady my concerns and she suddently felt offended and argued back, kept on saying that I just offended her hard work. She kept on saying that. Let me tell you this. She got emotional first. She said the same thing like three times. That’s when I got even more upset and told her that i’m addressing my concern because it didn’t reach my expectation. Come on. I paid for the service and it wasn’t done properly. Yes my voice got a bit louder after I saw the dirts on my skirts. She’s just not willing to resolve any concerns of her customers. Plus, my dress weren’t dry-cleaned properly for sure. Or at leadt, it wasn’t looked at properly. I almosy want to request for partial refund. I don’t recommend here.

Irina was sweet and professional from the start, and is a very talented seamstress! Over a few appointments, she transformed my dress in a variety of ways, and made it fit me perfectly snug but not too tight, with the perfect hem length, and a bunch of other alterations on the delicate tulle material around my neckline and bust. I was in love with my dress, and that's definitely thanks to Irina's wonderful work!

The ladies here are fabulous! I am absolutely in love with my dress! They custom designed and hand made the dress within 6 months and did a phenomenal job! The outcome far exceeded my expectations, and the price did not amount to what they deserve! They embraced my vision and turned it into so much more than I had hoped for. The designers were very personable and there was never any pressure for sales. They also hand made a beautiful long sleeve jacket to go along with the dress. They beat any off-the-shelf or brand-name boutiques...I found the quality of the dresses here to be far superior to anything I tried on at other stores. I will be recommending Charm Wedding Design to everyone I know getting married!

Very appreciative and grateful to have had the privilege to have my gown altered by the talented Irina. I was pressed on time and she made magic happen. Not only did another seamstress state it would take weeks, and the cost was near the amount of my gown purchase price (insane), in addition the other seamstress was going to cut fabric from my gown for material ... Irina made it possible to not only save the gown itself without any fabric loss ... SHE made the alterations possible in such a short time frame. She's amazing, and I am thankful to have been recommended to visit her. No questions asked, she is the best & so so sweet. Highly recommend! Thank you for making my gown purchase worth it !

They make the most beautiful dresses here! While they do not have a huge selection (like EBTG, lisas bridal etc.), what they do have is all gorgeous. More a-line with lace/applique. Irina, the owner, is so welcoming and accommodating, incredible at what she does. Was even so helpful in doing alterations on a dress I didn't buy from their store. Definitely stop in here when you're going wedding dress shopping

Another place nearby quoted me $1,400 for alterations which was $400 more than what I actually paid for the dress! This place was much more budget friendly and they did a perfect job!
