My son was there to get a zipper on a jacket.He drop it off about 7 days ago when he went there to pick it up they said come pick it up at 4 . He gets there and the lady says I don’t have time to finish it and I’m off tomorrow He was leaving to fly back home on Saturday one would think after the jacket being there for 7 days it would have been ready very bad service they lost my business and I have a big mouth so ill spree the word ,

My 900$ prom dress was ruined, it had beaded detailing on its top part and about 60 large gems were missing, when i kindly confronted them on the matter as it had been 2/2 times i had gone to them and clothing had been destroyed, i was treated with yelling and disrespect, and absolutely no refund or mentioning of ways to resolve the issue. Would not recommend their services to anyone based on their work, and poor customer service.

I've received shirts back with stains on them only to take them out myself.. Not the friendliest staff persay; had an incident where they had closed 10 minutes before the designated time and when trying to open the door, the woman began tapping her wrist and shrugging her shoulders. The next time I had went in and expressed my concern in a calm manner I was met a bit of hostility and was talked to in a demeaning manor.
