I needed to get a bridesmaid dress tailored because it was too long and Bob did an excellent job with the hem. I was out of time and he made alterations within 3 days despite having other projects. Can be a little pricey but worth the $ spent for outstanding service and quick turnaround.

Bob is a gentlemen of the highest order. Tailored my suit within 2 days when I couldn't find anyone (and didn't charge for the rush order). He's a 3rd generation tailor of his family business. Bob knows exactly what he's doing and you can't go wrong with him. He went above and beyond and even though I have like 15 tailors stores between me and Bob's store to choose from, I'd gladly spend the extra 15 minutes traveling to only his store for the years to come. I took 3 dresses to him. They were the same dresses in different colors. I put all the dresses on, he marked each one where i wanted the hems to be. One knee length, one tea length, and one left long with a slit. He said he didn't know if he could do the slit. I said ok, if you can't do it, just leave it long, don't do anything to it. When i came to pick them up, they were all cut the same length. I said why would you do this? He said that's what you wanted, I said no, I wanted 3 different lengths, you marked them where they should have been cut. He pointed to the receipt and said 3 dresses x3. I said yes, they were all supposed to be cut in some way but not the same. Why would I want 3 same dresses in different colors cut exactly the same. Apparently he forgot. (It took me 2 years to find a sun dress i liked, so i brought 3.) He said: well what do you want to do, I said: I want my money back, he said: but i did the work. My reply....yes, but you did it wrong. He said I'll buy you new dresses, I told him, you can't ...the store is no longer in business. He also offered to see if he still had the material he cut off the dresses and said he could re-attach the material to the bottom of the dress to make it longer?!? I said ...how awful do you think thats gonna look?!?!? If he wasnt sure what to do, he should have called me. The sewing he did was great but ...horribly wrong! I suggested to him that if he is that forgetful he should pin notes on each item so it would be done correctly. I told him if I had paid a lot of money for the dresses, he would be out of more money.... and if he were to make that same mistake on a more expensive item from someone else, he would have a much bigger problem. I can't even tell you how upset I am. These dresses were for my vacation. He ruined them. Now he tells me that he doesn't have the money to pay me back, but he will soon. I called twice to find out when I would get the money back (which, by the way wasnt cheap) he kept saying he didnt have the money. That was more than a month ago. I called my credit card company and they are handling from here.

I had a bridesmaid dress that I needed to get tailored asap, like 3 days before the wedding and he took it in for me and had it ready for me a day before the wedding. The fit was excellent, and he even made a cute face mask for me with the fabric from the dress to wear at the wedding. Details like these make the heart so happy! Highly recommend!

Tried the suit on and that was all I needed to do. Didn't have to tell him what I needed - he knew exactly what was needed after looking at me. Work was completed on time, within the specified budget, and the suit looked incredible after the tailoring services were executed. I was married in this suit and my wife was so happy with how I looked. Anytime I need a tailor, this is where I'm going.

My husband and I (fiance at the time) needed to get his suit tailored last minute for our elopement ceremony. He took in the suit within 3 days! It was a super fast turnaround with amazing quality. Terrible! I asked him to shorten sleeves on my husband shirt's. And after alteration all sleeves (there were 3 shirts) had different length! Difference was up to 2 inches! When we came back to say, how bad was that - he just told us that "human bodies aren't perfect" and it's my husband body's issues make sleeves look different. When I pointed to the length he said - it's not important. I lost my money (he proposed to fix this, but I would never give him any clothes again), I lost my time and I don't know if those shirts can be fixed after this. Never ever go to this place.

Bob Nicastro of Nicastro Tailors took my dress in for alterations on the 4th of July and completed my rush hem job by Sat afternoon. Being from out of town, we looked up online reviews, and he had the highest ratings near our hotel. Even though he was in the middle of several other jobs, he made sure mine was completed before my event. Now I'll be able to dance the night away carefree. Thanks!

I called Nicastro Tailors on a Thursday frantic because I needed alternations to my dress for a wedding that I was leaving for Saturday. He was able to make all of the alterations in time and the dress looked amazing! I am so thankful that he was willing to do the rush job for me and I will definitely go back if I ever need alterations in the future (hopefully no more rush jobs). Good quality and value and very understanding. Definitely recommend!

I'm relatively new to the area and when my bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding needed the straps shortened, I wasn't sure where to go. My fiancé had brought a suit here that needed last minute fixing (which they were able to do in just a few days due to the rush!) and told me to bring my dress here, too. I'm so glad I did.
