The service is expensive which I can understand with the number of operating appliances there, since they need constant maintenance. However, I don't see much of maintenance, they never clear the dryers lint filters and it is left to a disgusting extent. So I either end up with damp clothes or with a really bad burnt smell. I tried to talk to them and they said "it's ok if you want to clean the filters" ????

Love coming here to do laundry. My daughter and I come here every week and are in and out within an hour. You can toss your clothes in the wash.. walk to Tim Hortons for coffee and when you're back, laundry is almost done in the wash. Friendly service, excellent washers and dryers and if you need any supplies you can get them there as well.

Great place, very friendly. One of the washers didnt fully wash my clothes (most of the clothes came out dry) and they were more than happy to refund and pay to rewash the load. Giving 4/5 stars as this has happened more than once where the clothes came out half dry.

Very clean. The machines are always maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The machines take loonies and quarters and change is available at the counter. Also, if you don't have the soap, you may purchase it over the counter. All washing machines are 'high efficiency' and don't use slot of soap. The dryers are very efficient and you can put big items like comforters and blankets. They have a drop off laundry service available too.

I recently went in to do my laundry at this laundromat that I have never been to before, I was surrounded by strangers, which firstly made me uncomfortable & then second the person who was working or the owner was repeatedly telling me how to do my laundry and would NOT social distance. He took the laundry detergent from my boyfriends hands which then I knew was time to leave. What a chaotic and unprofessional environment, DO NOT RECCOMEND

My boyfriend and I walked all the way there to do our laundry so we carried everything which was heavy, we got there only 5 minutes after "last load" and the blond woman who works there wouldn't let us do any of our laundry which would have only taken 40 to 45 minutes when there was an hour and 10 minutes until they closed. There was a guy in behind us who only has a small load and she wouldn't let him do his either. This woman is very rude every time we go here but this was absolutely ridiculous. We lugged all of our laundry down there just to be told we can't do any of it. This experience was very irritating and makes me not want to go there any more. This woman is very rude and should not work in customer service if she can't be even half decent to people. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Love this laundromat and most of the staff. The machines are great, very fast and efficient! Unfortunately just seems to be one staff member who is not friendly and sometimes even rude! Spoke to the man who I believe is in charge about it. Not sure I want to come back even though time wise it's my best option.

Very nice and fast washers and dryers. Oversized and regular sizes available. Fair prices and change available at the counter. The lady working there was very helpful and friendly, she was able to tell us EXACTLY how much time we would need on the dryer for what we wanted to dry. In and out in under and hour with 4-5 regular sized loads of clean hot laundry.

Awful place with awful service. I've been here several times, and usually when you walk in they want to inspect your items pretty much and watch you load the machine and put soap in half the time like you're an idiot. On top of this, if you forget something such as a bag for when your clothes are washed or some detergent, expect to pay top dollar. The wash and dry isn't cheap either keep in mind. But this isn't the worst part. They love to turn away business. For example the instance that finally pushed me to write this review. Me and another gentleman walked into this place at 4:50pm on a Sunday. He has a gym bag with probably three or four things in it and I have about a week of t-shirts, socks and underwear. Nothing major. We get stopped and told last load is at 4:45pm... 5 minutes earlier. I explained there was an issue, I had no water at home and I work in the morning and asked her to make an exception and explained I don't have many things. The worker refused and claimed she had a dinner waiting at home and would not make an exception. I would not recommend going back here. I'll wash my things in the bath tub before giving them anymore money if this is how service is always going to be.

Fantastic place to do laundry. Single, dbl, and triple loaders. Owner keeps machines empty/flowing if people leave their laundry. Very friendly and clean. We did 8 loads and we're in and out in 1 hour. Highly recommended!

Expensive and yet the clothes never come out clean, even when we use their soap and the bigger machine as instructed. When I said we weren't pleased having to pay a second time for the same load to be re-washed, I was told in a rude tone that they can't control the level of soil of our clothes (we wear stuff for one day and then put it in the wash basket so???) and that's on us. So whatever, we'll start going elsewhere. Not impressed with the way this was handled at all.

Back when I didn't have an apartment with laundry facilities, I'd always take my clothes here. Great prices and their oversized washers and dryers meant clothes were washed and dried in about an hour
